This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The walls had holes in it with foot prints all over the walls. The bed was rock hard with a sheet on it that had yellow stains all over it and pubic hairs. The bathroom window was broken and the bathroom was filled flies. The electrical outlet was hanging out of the wall with wires. It was terrible. I have stayed all over the world and this was the worst place I have ever stayed.

The suite which we were allocated was disappointing and very shabby. The electrical fittings were exposed, the outside blinds for the door to the balcony were damaged so that they could not be closed, the curtains were stained and falling apart, and did not keep out the light. There was no automatic servicing, and 24 hours notice was required to order service (not useful when you only are there for three nights!) The mattress was rather hard. The location was good, and the little private beach OK. The pool was in a neighbouring building one block back, and not at all attractive

I love the hotel, basic, simple and clean. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and responsive. Will always stay there.

Location for us …beach, walking distance to everything. Big water jug in room, friendly staff, private

balcony with beach front view is hard to beat at any price.

The room was very clean and organized for our arrival. The staff, as always, were friendly and assisted when needed. We will certainly be returning to this property.

Absolutely beautiful view from our balcony straight to the beach. Everything was within a short walk from the room from food to bars to shopping. Would highly recommend this hotel for a great time

Staff were excellent, very helpful and very friendly. The beach area was great, and the room was right on the beach. I loved the little grassy area between the room and the beach. I really enjoyed my stay.

Ive stayed at this hotel a handful of times. I moved 3 times . The reason I moved - air conditioning. I finally asked to Be moved into the room I normally stay in and the problem was resolved. The front desk clerks were wonderful, especially the woman that I see every time I come. She is happy to see guests . That speaks volumes. 😊

It was hot and humid. We got a big suite, but only the bedroom had an air conditioner, it was unbearable. We couldn't get our money back and had to stay in that hell for the entirety of our stay.

Old and dated. Only one AC in the bedroom. So the living area and kitchen, were very warm. The microwave did not work and the bathroom door was broken

Spacious apartment and well equipped. Furniture a bit dated, and difficult to keep the property cool - aircon in the bedroom but not the living area. Having said that it was in a great location overlooking the beach and plenty of seats outside. I’d recommend overall.
