Really safe! They are really serious about checking who should be there and who shouldn’t ! Nice staff really good breakfast!

The breakfast was great. They even played music while we were having, with my wife, our chilaquiles!!!!!! My room had a beautiful ocean view and a view of the northern side of Rosarito City. My only problem with the location of our room was the noise caused by the waves on the beach.The noise the ocean makes it’s very loud. I love how the ocean’s breeze makes the weather unique & wonderful in the city but I think the waves are way too noisy, that’s why we love San Felipe Beach instead. Sea of Cortez is sublime & perfect in every aspect.

El agua para bañarse está tibia no caliente.

There was no water when we arrived and a hour later when the water came up there was no hot water at all. The rooms conditions are poor and so is the entire Hotel. Will definitely not recommend specially paying what I paid for the 2 nights.

We stayed here several times for many years. The staff makes us feel like family.

Breakfast not the best expected better had Winnie’s with eggs did not have anything to drink not even water. Staff service was good clean room was only there for the night for an event

First time staying at this place through Expedia. I don't know why they put on the app that a certain room is availble when it's not. They told us that the ovean view room was not availble and that we would have to go to a double bed room with partial ocean view. This was an "upgrade" at no extra cost. (We didn't even need an extra bed). Then we get to the room and there's no AC, no phone (which is weird), so we can't call them for anything and have to go downstairs to report any issue. Mind you we were at the 5th floor. Also, the TV wasn't working either. For what we paid, we didnt't expect the issues listed above. The only good things were that the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the view was cool. Breakfast was included and starts at 8am. Unfortunately, we had to leave early and didn't get a chance to eat there. It's also about a 15min walk where all the bars are at. So there's that too.

No respetaron los Desayunos de los menores que porque no los puse adultos no entendí eso si eran menores!!! El desayuno frío La atención de los meseros muy bien la verdad El cuarto lo modernizaron Pero no Se vale que si uno ya iba contemplando el desayuno no lo Respetaron

Room was perfect for my and my kids quick weekend getaway. Priced just right, loved that It was walking distance from the beach and live music but far enough to not hear the night life. Loved it

Hotel is walking distance to the ocean and downtown area which has several different restaurants, coffee shops and bars

this message is only for families coming to stay here. I avoid this hotel. If you’re coming by yourself, it is what it is. This hotel is utilized as a day labor hub. So you’re gonna get droves of a bused day labor workers with a little to no respect for families. If you bring kids who are young, there will be kept awake from all the disturbing noises coming from neighboring rooms. Again for a single person or a single person with a significant other, it’s great for budget. For families with children completely avoid. As far as staff is concerned. It’s nonexistent.
