No tuvimos agua caliente

First more than one hour to check in second I pay for some sea view no sea view on my room so it’s a lying in the web page I thinking for my next vacation to Mexico or the world not to use Expedia because you don’t take care customers thanks for nothing don’t recommend this hotel I recommend better searching

The hotel was good, the staff was friendly. The rooms were freezing and there was no heater. Check out takes a while. I got breakfast and notified staff so my room could be checked out. I finished and still waited 15-20 mins for check out and my deposit.

On Saturday we booked a night, waiting for about 2hrs to check in. When we walked to our room we realized someone was already in our room. We head to the lobby and they move us to a different floor/room. I had paid for an ocean view and a king bed. The new room had no view and two queen bed. I am submitting this review for a price adjustment since the hotel told me to submit this inquiry with whom I booked with.

TV didnt work, no phone to contact front desk, no ac. The door was uneven and was hard to close the main door. Dirty carpet and curtains very dirty. No blow dryer. Horrible experience

En lo personal es la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel, he visitado 5 Hoteles de Rosarito y ninguno tiene un servicio tan deplorable. El desayuno parece comedor comunitario, toallas sucias , sus instalaciones les falta mantenimiento, mal servicio

Took an hour to check in because of the long line , hot water takes almost 30 min to start coming out in in the shower ,room smelled dusty ,the doorknob was broken so the door to our room wouldn’t open not the best experience at all .

The service at the restaurant was great. We really liked the free Mexican Style Breakfast. Chilaquiles are my wife’s favorite Mexican dish and that’s exactly what they were serving in the morning. 10 out 10 is my score for their breakfast. Fabulous service. They even served tepache at noon. We want to comeback as soon as we can. The good old US Of A is good but not as good as good as their neighbor South of the border as far as making real Mexican food; and that’s all I got to say about that!!!!!!!

I have told you once and I’m going to tell you again. The waves hitting the sand on the beach are too loud. I prefer a beach that is soundless. Perhaps in a beach where sound wouldn’t travel through the air and I wouldn’t had to listen to any sound. Something like a vacuum. It’s too much wave sound.
