Excelente trato e inmejorable ubicación. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí

The rooms are simple and very clean. The rooms are away from the street. There is an inner courtyard with nice grass my dog loved to play and roll around. The family is very nice. When checking out I asked where I could get a cup of coffee. She went inside and made me a fresh pot... and is was GOOD.l Would stay again without hesitation.

Very Very Very Good people the resident owner Doña Ofelia is a Wealth of knowledge and is one of the Most interesting people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, The General Manager is Awsome guy too, I mixed up my check dates and He totally accommodated for the error on my part, will DEFINITELY be staying there next trip..

Cama confortable. Luce viejo. No siempre hay agua caliente.

No se cómo dicen que tienen 3 estrellas. El a/a no sirve, la atención es pésima, las gotas de agua que salen de la ducha son contadas, las puertas de hierro son feísimas y para no ir muy lejos el mobiliario es más antiguo que el mismo hotel.

Très bon accueil et hôtel dans l’ensemble mais pas d’eau chaude même après que le personnel est été sensé régler le problème... Pas de wifi dans les chambres.

I liked the theme of the hotel. It really allowed us the experience of staying in a colonial structure which identifies the city. With the exception of parking issues, the hotel is a go!

Quisiera decir que todo fue excelente pero no fue así cuando llegó el sr. Amaro al hotel le atendió la persona que en ese momento se encontraba en recepción y lo recibio con decirle que en ese momento no se encontraba el contador está reserva la hizo directamente Expedia y según está persona del hotel no estaba pagada no sé si tuvo que esperar hasta que llegará él contador realmente no sé con qué tipo de hoteles y de gente estamos tratando por lo que veo es gente que no está preparada para resolver situaciones que se presentan.

Ruhiges und etwas in die Jahre gekommenes, aber gut gepflegtes (!) Hotel mit tollem Service. Pool war ein gute Abkühlung nach einem Stadtbummel. Leider gab es wenig Möglichkeiten am Pool oder um Schatten zu liegen.

While in an excellent location the hotel lack the basic cleanlines inside the room and outside with dog droppings all over and owner feeding birds in front of my romm in the morning. Otherwise it is the most comfortable 3 star hotel i have ever been and very quiet at night being right down in the action downtown.

Charming, picturesque pool, easy walk to the Zócalo which has some kind of entertainment every night. Do not miss that. If you want to stream anything on wifi you may have to do it in the lobby. Up stairs rooms possibly quieter as downstairs has table and chairs in front of some. Merida is great.

ADOからはタクシーで30ペソ エアコンあり シャワーも暑いお湯が出ますが排水が悪いので水がたまります。部屋の場所にもよりますが室内でwifi出来ました。バックパッカーなら大丈夫な宿。受付の対応は親切でとても良かったです。
