Recién remodelado, extraordinaria ubicación, sin duda ofrece muy buena calidad por un muy buen precio, vale mucho la pena; Estacionamiento gratuito El único tema es que tiene una 10ª gestión del Estacionamiento; cierran la mitad y obligan a estacionarse en lugares muy reducidos.,

Great clean place

LGBTQ friendly. Staff was amazing. Everything we needed was accommodated. We felt extremely safe. Went down to the car late at night and was happy to see there was security that was very attentive. Buy the breakfast package. You wont feel disappointed. Would have loved to take advantage of the rooftop and exercise area, but they dont open till 10am

Super limpio y muy bueno el mantenimiento de la propiedad y mucha seguridad.

Around the property, was construction; they started hammering at 7 am to 12:00 noon. no microwave and needed to upgrade and pay extra to get away from noise and ask for a ironing board. Breakfast was nice.

Not a fan of the hotel restaurant food ! Really disappointed.

The most cleanest rooms nice smell as well great parking and very quiet 10/10 my favorite been staying there for a Couple years got even better they remodeled aswell love it

Horrible service and rude

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. To start, I accidentally made a second reservation for the following weekend and reached out immediately, but the manager refused to issue a refund or make any accommodations, which felt very unreasonable. During my stay, there was major ongoing construction right next door and looks like it will take a year or 2 to complete, creating constant noise and disruption that made it difficult to relax. On top of that, I was charged an additional $20 per night for my daughter to stay in the room, with no clear explanation or justification. The room itself had several issues as well. The toilet repeatedly clogged for no apparent reason, which was both inconvenient and unpleasant. The towels provided were extremely rough—more like sandpaper than something you’d expect from a hotel. Lastly, the beds were very firm and became increasingly uncomfortable after multiple nights, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, between the poor customer service and the numerous comfort issues, I would not choose to stay here again.

We enjoyed this hotel so much that we came back just a few weeks later. Very clean, modern, and nice inside. The staff are always kind and eager to help. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains are a nice touch. My husband and I came this second time for a fun little day trip. There is a great gastro park right across the street that we ate at and ending the night in the jacuzzi was the cherry on top. I paid the extra $22 for the breakfast buffet for the 2 of us and it was so worth it. All the food is delicious. We will definitely be back soon!

Everything was amazing. Safe, clean, and very professional. I just wished the had a mini fridge. My dinner was a Aguachiles and unfortunately had to throw it away. Mini fridge would be amazing in all rooms. I stayed in a regular 1 bed so idk if higher suites had them.
