Una buena zona para hospedarse. Acceso a estacionamiento dentro del hotel, algunas personas del personal un poco hostiles en su trato, otras muy amables, un hotel en general MUY estricto hasta demasiado podría decir parece que vigilan cada paso que uno como huésped da, no es muy cómodo en ese aspecto. Las instalaciones son buenas, limpias en general y camas muy cómodas, algo negativo a comentar es que las TV no tiene opción para ver Netflix o alguna otra aplicación de entretenimiento solo TV abierta o películas de paga con costos elevados. Tiene amenidades cosa que da un plus a la estancia como jacuzzi y sauna además ofrece masajes y servicios de spa por costos extras.

We love this hotel! We stay here often as we travel to TJ for medical appts. The staff is always so friendly. They underground parking has an attendant 24/7. The breakfast at their in house restaurant is wonderful! Buffet style or you can order a la carte. The lobby is beautiful! A great place to unwind.

Room was great. Staff was great. BUT!!! Construction noise early in the morning and late at night (10pm) were very disappointing.

Terrible customer service, they do not help in any way, i book an extra night but mistakenly put another day, instead of correcting it and change the day they charge another day and deny any refund, will not recommend using this scammers.

Very creepy hotel

Excellent location near everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet (paid) was outstanding. There is a party venue nearby, so might be some music noise late at night.
