We had a great time. It's definitely for families and it was my parents' first time in Mexico but they really enjoyed themselves and the resort.

Room was really nice and clean. Ingrit, from housekeeping was excellent, very kind and professional! All the staff was very friendly, especially Eduardo from the entertainment staff, he was very friendly, always quick with a smile, a hello and a friendly hug. The bartenders at the swim up bar, Rosi, Dalia and Leydi were amazing! The food was really good and the entire resort was beautiful and very clean! Really enjoyed all the wildlife at the resort!!

Staff was friendly. Everything was neat and tidy! Just a wonderful place to get away from home!! Wish the pools were heated so I could have swam.

The hotel ambiance was nice, and the front desk welcome was a wonderful first impression. The neon party on Friday night was fun, lively, and a highlight for our group. The music, dancers, and overall energy were spot on, and we truly enjoyed the experience. That said, a few aspects could be improved. Some staff members in a couple of the restaurants were not as pleasant as expected. When we asked to order a few items to share, we were given a hard time and told that sharing more than one entrée was restricted. This felt uncomfortable, especially considering the all-inclusive nature of the resort. Additionally, the dinner buffet was somewhat disappointing—when we were hoping for tacos, pork was the only meat option available. Offering alternatives such as beef or chicken would be a great improvement. On a positive note, the breakfast selections were excellent across the board. At checkout, we had paid for a 1:00 PM late checkout due to our 5:00 PM flight. However, the bellman came to collect our luggage before 1:00 PM and made us feel rushed, despite it being only 12:40 PM at the time, he came across pushy and if he was eager for us to leave our room. We had to ask him to return at the scheduled checkout time, which took away from an otherwise relaxed end to our stay. Kudos to Housekeeping, they were excellent! Overall, it was a pleasant experience for a quick trip, and we did enjoy many of the hotel’s offerings. With a few improvements, it could be an even better stay.

Horrible unkept property in a noisy road. Rude front desk Antonio was very unwelcoming and when approached about the lack of maintenance at beach pool area. He said to call Expedia. I told him it was the hotel responsibility to keep cables and holes in deck that can hurt guests and he kept repeating to resolve it with Expedia. We had no electricity in the bathroom area and water was leaking from shower everywhere. Is a very low budget hotel and it shows.

I guess it was ok for 3 days . Rooms were nice but Resort is NOT beach front property. It all depends which building they will make you stay it might take 10-20 min walk to beach . You might take a ride too,however beach is acceptable at another riu hotel and it’s pack with guests from 3 hotels for bech chairs or restaurant. When it comes to food very basic to make you now being hungry . Same food every day from breakfast ,lunch and dinner. Don’t eat oysters they made my husband very sick ! As many times as we have been in Mexico every year our favorite pick was Riu palace at Costa Mujeres and Royalton in Cancun .

Spent my 40th birthday here and they made me feel really special. Everything was just wonderful. Thank you for the great experience. We will be back!

Es un hotel muy completo no está frente al mar sino a una cuadra, y aunque es grande, .e gusta que los restaurantes y shows están juntos

Rooms were spotless, very clean. Food was excellent!! Would definitely come back again. Nice staff as well. Overall great resort.
