It’s in a historical building which is cool. But the room had no windows and ac did not work. There was a fan however. The location is excellent. And so is the parking.

It was a filthy filthy filthy hotel. Would never recommend it to even a homeless person. Staff didn’t care. We didn’t stay. We requested a refund and it was granted!

This is a historical building with one of the prettiest locations I’ve seen in Hermosillo. The sunsets have the quality of a proper desert sky. The Mountain View’s are incredible. The staff was so accommodating and wonderful. I highly recommend upgrading your room, for a few extra bucks you’ll have tons more room. There are lots of things within walking distance, private and safe parking, and perfectly working AC, hot water, a proper ice machine and filtered water . You can’t beat this hotel. It truly is home away from home and I would stay nowhere else in Hermosillo

I booked this hotel understanding it was a historic property, so I didn’t have high expectations regarding modern finishes. In fact, I was excited about the opportunity to experience staying in a colonial-style building, and this felt like the perfect chance. The hotel is clean overall, which I do appreciate. However, the reality did not match the photos shown on Expedia. From the outside, the building looks neglected—peeling paint, aging walls, and deteriorating doors and windows. At first glance, I genuinely thought we had arrived at an abandoned property until we found the main entrance, which is actually in good condition. Customer service was disappointing. Not overtly rude, but the front desk staff did not acknowledge us for an extended period upon arrival, which set the tone for the stay. The elevator technically works, but only reliably going up. When trying to return to the first floor, it repeatedly took us to the third floor, so we ended up using the stairs for the remainder of our stay. The rooms are clean but in serious need of updates. The beds feel as old as the building—functional, but outdated. The couch looked unclean enough that I chose not to sit on it. The bathroom, while also clean, is very dated, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to pool. I requested maintenance, but the issue was never addressed. I did get the experience I was looking for—staying in a colonial-era style property—but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. This

Awful parking across from building. Yes it's an old historic building but not maintained. Dead plants everywhere. Hard beds. Shower head fell off while showering. Towels pretty much shredded. Super noisy!!! I can not recommend this facility.

No funciona el control de TV y a/c sin luz en el baño y mucho Olán a caño insoportable

Los cuartos estaban 7/10 no tenían agua caliente ,ac no servía la tv se desprogramaba se tenía que está llendo a recepción para que fueran al cuarto a programarla al poco tiempo ya está igual no pudimos bañarnos en el cuarto por falta de agua caliente acudimos a recepción y nos prestaron una habitación para que nos bañaramos fue muy incómodo estarnos saliendo del cuarto para bañarnos en su mayoría los empleados muy déspotas había personas hospedas bebiendo en los pasillos como si estuvieran en el barrio la verdad yo no lo recomiendo menos si llevan menores de edad y adolescentes. Deberían prohibir que beban alcohol en los pasillos y que cuiden el escándalo que estos provocan aparte que se portan groseros y nadie les llama la atención parecía vecindad este hotel nada que ver con las fotos publicadas.

Ac works room clean comfortable staff very pleasant and professional parking safe with security

Parking is safe, crossing the street from parking area to hotel is kind of unsafe. Food at restaurant has much to be desired. Hallways are kind of noisy, people walking to their rooms think they are the only guest around, no respect for others.

El servicio es muy bueno, excelente ubicación.

EL personal trata de esmerarse en general, pero el hotel necesita mantenimiento, además de que el edificio contiguo da muy mala imagen. Hay que fumigar y mejorar los blancos.

Algo sucia la habitación, el baño apestoso a caño, cama incómoda y los pájaros no dejan dormir para nada, todo se escucha,

Una cosa es que el edificio sea antiguo y otra cosa es que no se le invierta a las habitaciones. El edificio tiene historia, y su ubicación es magnífica... Pero todo eso queda simplemente en potencial muy pero muy desperdiciado. Intentan colgarse de su antigua gloria la cual pasó hace cien años. Necesita urgentemente mejorar las habitaciones, ya que no se ven antiguas sino viejas y descuidadas. Lo peor, ni si quiera hay agua caliente!!! El personal hace lo que puede con lo que tiene. Pero tampoco van a hacer milagros. Cuando un hotel se cuida se nota y cuando no se nota más. Podría ser uno de los mejores hoteles de Hermosillo y brindar una experiencia histórica única, pero mientras no se asesoren con un experto no habrá forma de recomendarlo. Puntos buenos: El estacionamiento que está enfrente es amplio y tiene vigilancia. El wifi (al menos en mi habitación) funcionaba bien y rápido. La persona que se encarga de llevarte a tu habitación y darte atención es amable y agradable. La gente de recepción es sería pero atenta. El personal de aseo se esmera bastante. Puntos malos: Descuidado por los dueños o administradores o quién esté encargado de cuidar que no siga decayendo.
