The place was clean but unfortunately the traffic noise was extremely loud throughout the night. There doesn’t seem to be much soundproofing, so sleeping was difficult. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this is something to keep in mind.

We were excited to stay at this property after reading the reviews and seeing the photos, and overall our stay was perfectly fine. This review reflects our experience specifically in Unit 101 and the general amenities of the building. Location: The location is truly A+. If you want to be within walking distance of some of the best restaurants, cafés, shopping, beaches, and nightlife in PV, this area is ideal. Pharmacies, OXXO, and 24/7 emergency services are all close by as well. Arrival & Room: Pulling up to the building, it felt trendy and secure. The metal gate and keycode entry added a nice level of safety. Unit 101 is just inside the gate, also accessed by keypad. The room itself surprised us with how small it was. It fits a clean and comfortable king bed, two side tables, and a small bar-height table with a mini fridge and microwave. The décor is fun, modern, and well-kept, though the compact layout may not be for everyone. The bathroom is a good size with a large shower and reliable hot water (sometimes with a short wait). It is, however, starting to show its age and could benefit from a light refresh. Storage is limited—aside from a few hangers, there’s nowhere to unpack, so we ended up living out of our suitcase all week. A couple of drawers would make a big difference. Noise: Our biggest issue with Unit 101 was the noise. Being right off a main street and beside the main gate means there’s essentially no soundproofing. Street noise, conversations outside the do

Clean room. Great distance from the beach/bars/restaurants. Great rooftop. Road can be a bit noisy but I live in a city on a busy road so it didn’t bother me.

Room was clean, orderly, communication with staff was effective and responsive, very accommodating, great location, secure, safe.

We love staying here, the location is great, the lofts a huge and the cleaning gals are sweet as pie. It was perfect for our 3 week stay, I was recovering from surgery and my husband was able to go out to OXO the pharmacy and all our favorite stops to eat very easily.

The location is great - close to everything. The staff were very nice and quick to respond to questions. The building is quiet and entry is by code - felt very safe.

The property was clean and well maintained while it was close to restaurants and was a walking distance to the beach, Remi the Manager was responsive and courteous. The room was clean, and room service was good.

No me gustó que todo está en inglés ya que no todos los que se hospedan ahí son extranjeros estaría bien que los correos fueran en inglés y en español ya que como estaba en inglés no me di cuenta que teníamos que llenar un formulario hasta llegar allá y estuvimos afuera de la propiedad alrededor de 5 o 10 minutos esperando a qué nos dieran las claves, marcamos y nos mandaron a buzón y tardaron un poco en respondernos una vez que nos respondieron nos resolvieron muy rápido y muy amable. En general la propiedad está bien para el precio está excelente, muy limpia la habitación, el baño grande y agua caliente, con toallas hasta para la playa. Lo que no nos gustó es que la puerta principal la dejaban abierta y aunque la reja era con clave todo se veía hacia adentro sí estaría bien que quisiera un letrero a los huéspedes que no dejaran la puerta abierta porque afuera está un poco feo ya en la noche nos tocó la esquina llena de borrachos de gente local no gente turista.

Staff very helpful and conveniently located … rooms were nice and the pool was cool over looking the city … could see Elizabeth Taylor’s home from there. I’ll book again !

I really liked how quiet it was. Even how busy it was outside. Very tranquil inside. I also admire their dedication of saving water during the shortages. They are a lot more respectable than other hotels i have been. A very good price too.

Bien todo igual

The room was clean, well stocked and conveniently located. Only complaint was that when we arrived the room was really hot, since the AC machine had been off. Because we went in June it took a while to cool. However I will say the fans in the apartment are top notch. They work extremely well and that was a nice perk. I did have to tell housekeeping to go do a basic cleaning towards the end of our stay as they hadn’t been going in the room at all.
