Lofts on Basilio

I booked the stay and the first thing was I had to reach out for check in details vs them being shared in advance (24 hours). This was my second time staying and the first time I had an issue with sheets that had dried blood stains. The second time there was an issue with the door lock and the biggest thing was it rained and in the lofted apartment 301, the ceiling was leaking tremendously to the point that the entire mattress was soaked with water from the leak. So I couldn’t stay in the apartment. The staffs response was a bit mediocre however luckily there was availability to move into the unit directly below. Based on all of this I doubt I would stay there again or recommend the space.

Perfect space, location, and very comfortable.

The place was nice however tons of road noise throughout the night. Updated quality windows or noise dampening shades would go a long way.

Good location. Staff was easy to connect with. Lots of noise and light coming into the room, making it difficult to sleep.

No staff onsite. No where to leave your luggage if your flight isn’t until later. Most places offer this, so this is something they should consider. Maybe install a couple lockers on the rooftop patio. Responses were delayed when messaging. Cute boutique hotel. Room was small but very cool details. Next time I would get one of the larger rooms. Rooms and property were clean.

Bon rapport qualité-prix pour cet hébergement. L’endroit a quelques années, mais il demeure confortable. La terrasse et la piscine sont correctes et agréables pour se détendre. Nous avons également reçu un très bon accueil de la part de Rémi, qui a offert un excellent service tout au long de notre séjour. Son aide et sa disponibilité ont été très appréciées. Je recommande cet endroit pour un séjour simple et agréable.

Le loft était propre et le personnel très gentil J’avais le loft 302 qui donnait sur la rue. C’était parfois bruyant la nuit. Mais le secteur demeure tranquille et un peu en retrait de la zone des restaurants et des bars

Our favorite place to stay in PV!

I booked an extended stay for one person and the Lofts on Basilio did not disappoint in any way. The communication before and during the stay were timely and informative. The room was exactly as advertised, comfortable and clean. The roofrop terrace is a great bonus area. Remi and the staff were helpful with arranging airport transfers, laundry and room service. The Lofts are a great location within walking distance to all that PV has to offer.

It’s not new or fancy but it’s very clean, Balinese style, a good location just off the Main Street, and the staff are the most lovely people. For the price and all of these reasons I highly recommend!

The room was fantastic- even though we had reservations about it being "in the back of the hotel, ground floor". It was great! Quiet, the waterfall wall was outstanding. We loved the shower - amazing! And the staff, always smiling, polite and courteous - we asked for more coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and got extras each day! We love our coffee. The fridge was nice and cold, and so was the AC when we needed it (which was rare). Being at the back of the building had its advantages. And the rooftop was beautiful and calming, very nice! Although we never went into the infinity pool, it sure looked great! Thanks again!

The place was clean but unfortunately the traffic noise was extremely loud throughout the night. There doesn’t seem to be much soundproofing, so sleeping was difficult. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this is something to keep in mind.

Ac worked well

We were excited to stay at this property after reading the reviews and seeing the photos, and overall our stay was perfectly fine. This review reflects our experience specifically in Unit 101 and the general amenities of the building. Location: The location is truly A+. If you want to be within walking distance of some of the best restaurants, cafés, shopping, beaches, and nightlife in PV, this area is ideal. Pharmacies, OXXO, and 24/7 emergency services are all close by as well. Arrival & Room: Pulling up to the building, it felt trendy and secure. The metal gate and keycode entry added a nice level of safety. Unit 101 is just inside the gate, also accessed by keypad. The room itself surprised us with how small it was. It fits a clean and comfortable king bed, two side tables, and a small bar-height table with a mini fridge and microwave. The décor is fun, modern, and well-kept, though the compact layout may not be for everyone. The bathroom is a good size with a large shower and reliable hot water (sometimes with a short wait). It is, however, starting to show its age and could benefit from a light refresh. Storage is limited—aside from a few hangers, there’s nowhere to unpack, so we ended up living out of our suitcase all week. A couple of drawers would make a big difference. Noise: Our biggest issue with Unit 101 was the noise. Being right off a main street and beside the main gate means there’s essentially no soundproofing. Street noise, conversations outside the do
