Economy room has detached washroom....it should be specified clearly in hotels.com Hotels.com sent me note to pay 8 usd as fee/tax at property...but they charged me 304 pesos....more than double. The hotel said that they do not work directly with hotels.com. that they got my reservation from despegar.com

The location was excellent. Just a few minutes wal to North Beach. The beach that is accessible on site is not swimmable due to current. The pool was closed which was disappointing to find out after I got there. There is not restaurant or food on site. There is also no phone. This became an issue when I had my purse with phone and money stolen. I had to borrow personal phones to try to reach home. Also our room smelled horrible. It was bad. When I got home and opened my suitcase, it was unbearable. I had to wash everything in heavy detergent. I like the idea of the place but between the smell and lack of phone in emergencies I wouldn't stay again.

Es una muy buena opción considerando que es un hostal, no se espera lujo pero si limpieza y lo cumplen así como el trato amable por parte del staff, un punto a mejorar sería la presión del agua, el wc tardaba en llenarse, pero en general me gusto, si volvería a hospedarme. La ubicación es excelente a unas cuadras de playa norte, cerca del mercado con opciones para desayunar y cenar tacos, hotdogs, marquesitas, etc

El restaurant estaba muy rico y el personal en general muy amables todos

Beautiful and easy location. Lots of places to relax and reasonable food and drink prices at the restaurant. A few places could use some touch ups and all the bathrooms could use more hooks and shelves! Good value for money overall

Ahora esta mejor que antes. Todavia tieme algunos detalles de manteniendo que hacennfalta ennlos bañosm petp las habitaciones estan mejor. Ya hay agua caliente por fin. Poca presión

Ideal para cuando viajas solo, las habitaciones son cómodas y adecuadas para pasar tus noches, además de que el hostal cuenta con todo lo necesario para que te sientas como en familia con hermanos

Prime location. The accommodation itself feels like a resort. It comes with beachfront, yoga classes in the morning for free, pool, bar/restaurant, spa services and a spacious kitchen where we can cook. My first time staying in a shared dorm and surprisingly I had great nights of sleep. The staff is always available to help and they are very friendly. I will definitely be back ☺️❤️

Love staying here as a solo traveler. Offers many amenities as well as some nightlife
