Es un hotel muy cómodo hemos ido en varias ocasiones y nos ha gustado solo que si las habitaciones tienen un poco de humedad e incluso llegan a oler y sentirse las almohadas un poco húmedas. De ahi en mas la atención es muy buena

Updated - had money go missing from my room, poorly handled by staff and refused to call police. Karen was absolutely useless to deal with today despite being helpful before. First day and a half was fine until the cleaning person came to clean the room and sprayed the tile floor with what I thought was cleaning solution but was told later it was perfume. I was told the floors were still wet because the AC was on. And the humidity was the issue. Well I turned the AC off 10 hours prior and the floors were not wet until they sprayed the floors. One lady at the counter told me it was my fault for having the AC on, then when I told her it was off. She told me that was also the issue. The manager quickly corrected the issue and moved me to a different room. The room was a slipping risk for 7 hours. I was also told I should have opened the window, but not for too long. Perhaps if you didn't spray liquid all over the entire tiled room to begin with, there wouldn't have been a hazard. Yet I was somehow to blame for the entire rooms floors still being wet. I slipped and almost fell several times, and even with sandals on moving into the next room I slipped twice. I'd like to know the science behind how it is both the AC being on and also the fault of it being off. Hotel is great, and the staff has been amazing up until this interaction. Exelente servicio del personal

Hotel is located next to a wide and sandy beach. Walking distance to the Nuevo Marina, and there were nice restaurant next to the marina. There were sun beds and umbrellas around the pool, and sun beds under palapas on the beach. Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Restaurant offered nice meals. Staff members were pleasant and efficient.

All around great place quite and peaceful perfect size for a resort not to big and not crowded at all food was great and people working there are great will be back for sure

Un hotel muy recomendable en verdad buen servicio de lo mejor muy atentos ami no me cobraron el estacionamiento solo siento que deberia haber mas personal invitandote a conocer todo vidanta esta hermoso si se gasta un poco pero vale la pena

Friendly and professional staff, starting with bell boys, front desk. The ocean is perfect to swim and soft sand, no rocks. The food is very good. Ocean Breeze has a good laundry room for guests.

Es extremadamente molesto que la entrega de la llave de tu habitación te la condicionen a escuchar a alguien de ventas tratar de invitarte a una platica para venderte sus tiempos compartidos, se ve que es una practica habitual ya que después del check in la recepcionista te dice que pases a otro escritorio para que te asignen la habitación.
