Our room was gorgeous. The balcony we had faced the ocean, staff kept our room clean & the pool was beautiful!!!

Hotel was a little farther from where normal area we stay at .We usually like going to Parque Fundadores but it was pretty far walk to get there.

Clean and spacious appartment AC wasn’t working great and laundry wasn’t available but the location is great and the rooftop pool area was amazing

Such a beautiful building. Daily housekeeping is wonderful Front staff very helpful Cant wait for the hot tub to be back in working condition..

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und echt schönen Pool auf dem Dach. Die Zimmer sind schön, aber Abnutzung ist hier und da sichtbar. Das WLAN war sehr langsam und wetterabhängig. Das Personal war immer nett und hilfsbereit.

We stayed in a one bedroom unit in mid January for 12 days. Building was clean and staff were nice. View from the pool area was incredible. Our flight home was cancelled due to weather and we were able to stay and extra night in our room without any issues. Wifi in the room was kind of spotty and the shower temperature was inconsistent but other than those minor point the stay was fantastic!

O principal problema do hotel são os chuveiros. Toda a família teve problemas para um banho adequado. Os chuveiro ou ficavam gelados ou extremamente quentes, não era possível regular a temperatura, o que afetou muito uma estadia de longa, de 10 dias. O ponto positivo foi a localização do hotel, embora as acomodações fossem simples. A limpeza é razoável. Os funciinários muito educados.

The air conditioning was broken. It was 85 degrees in our room even though the patio doors were open and we were on close proximity to the beach. The hot water was not constant and would come and go while trying to take a shower. The room location was confusing and we actually tried to use our key on a similar numbered room but on the wrong side of the hotel. It was difficult to try and rest because it was so hot in the room.

Habitación muy comoda y espaciosa. Disfrutamos mucho de la piscina y de la ubicacion que permite estar en una zona mas tranquila pero muy cerca de la actividad en la quinta. Recomendado!

Le hace falta mantenimiento

Been to Singular a few times. This experience was horrible. Room with a great view but no hot water, water shut off, AC noise Plus the roof top Hot Tub was not working. Still a beautiful building but better service is needed. Staff try but there is so much they can do if things are not working properly.

The first room they sent us to was under construction. The next room they gave us had no hot water, and construction going on next suite to us. Maid service only once. for 3night stay.

Todo muy bien

Our ocean view was amazing on the 5 floor with a big balcony. Room was great for 3 people - bare minimum in the kitchen. Very close to a beautiful beach and the 5 - restaurant and grocery store near - walking distance But unfortunately we had 3 days without air conditioning and about 5-6 hours without water

Love it here. We have stayed many times over the past years. We had an ac unit go out for days and a water leak but the manager Melissa refunded us and made it good for us. We will book with her again. Make sure to stay at “beach residences” and not “Dream vacations” at singulair. Same building but very different management

Siempre ha sido de mis favoritos en Playa del Carmen !! Hoy me a dejado bastante decepcionado !! Empiezo con lo siguiente !! En el área de parking un señor de nombre Miguel !! Vigilante pero con actitud policial / ministerial !! En cada oportunidad q tenía quería ejercer su ingenua autoridad !! Pésimo personal q no debería estar ahí Por otro lado , el climal una congeladora, pero a la vez , una locomotora q impedía el buen descanso !! Cafetera de cápsulas , lo cual ni Pide poder hacer un buen café en una cartera normal, la iluminación de baño deficiente, el Roof siempre espectacular , pero esta ocasión notamos q requiere mantenimiento de pintura y el agua congelaba , es una lástima q estén dejando caer estas instalaciones q pudieran ser de lo mejor Ojalá mejoren
