Love it here. We have stayed many times over the past years. We had an ac unit go out for days and a water leak but the manager Melissa refunded us and made it good for us. We will book with her again. Make sure to stay at “beach residences” and not “Dream vacations” at singulair. Same building but very different management

Siempre ha sido de mis favoritos en Playa del Carmen !! Hoy me a dejado bastante decepcionado !! Empiezo con lo siguiente !! En el área de parking un señor de nombre Miguel !! Vigilante pero con actitud policial / ministerial !! En cada oportunidad q tenía quería ejercer su ingenua autoridad !! Pésimo personal q no debería estar ahí Por otro lado , el climal una congeladora, pero a la vez , una locomotora q impedía el buen descanso !! Cafetera de cápsulas , lo cual ni Pide poder hacer un buen café en una cartera normal, la iluminación de baño deficiente, el Roof siempre espectacular , pero esta ocasión notamos q requiere mantenimiento de pintura y el agua congelaba , es una lástima q estén dejando caer estas instalaciones q pudieran ser de lo mejor Ojalá mejoren

Great location. Easy check in. Modern and clean.

3 days without Air Conditioning and 2 days without water. 30 degrees in the room and not having running water to shower or use the bathroom was not the ideal stay. As we contacted hotels to assist with a refund so we could move hotels for the remaining days of our stay,. The manager at Singular would not answer calls or emails with hotels.ca so we were unable to be refunded and move to another hotel. Our Christmas trip was a disaster and very stressful. I will never go back to singular. The city has cut off their water supply and now they get water trucked in.

A/C didn't work for 2 days, the room wasn't really clean, and one day we didn't had water for like an hour.

El edificio muy descuidad, con visibles detalles de mantenimiento, nos quedamos sin aires acondicionado 4 noches, sin agua un día, sin elevadores un día, los calentadores no calientan en agua, los botes de la recepción huelen horrible haciendo que todo apeste a baño. En resumidas cuentas la experiencia ha cambiado desde su apertura. Sumado que la limpieza a las habitaciones no es la mejor. Solo limpian por encima, no dejan amenities, una semana con un shampoo pequeño. Tristemente todo mal.

Apartment très mal équipé personnels froid. Les gardes de sécurité très gentils. Nous avons manqué trois jours et deux nuits d’air climatisé. Très déplaisant. Belles piscines.

Room flooded with water no help in getting another room only room available had no electricity

Very good location, the room needs a coffe maker, I could heard the owner talking and cooking from the room

En cuanto a los apartamentos o habitaciones superiores estuvieron bien, no obstante al ser una familia grande hubiera sido agradable contar con la ubicación en el mismo piso, pero la limpieza, comodidad y atención de quienes estuvieron acompañándonos estos días fue favorable.

Staff was friendly and the rooftop pools were great!

1 bedroom suite was very large, rooftop views amazing, close to cocoa beach and beach clubs . Will definitely be coming back

Todo muy limpio y en buenas condiciones, el personal muy amable pero no dejaron botella de agua. El hospedaje no ofrecía desayuno. Volvería a hospedarme con gusto

The location is very good. Close to quinta avenida, close to 10th ave and laundry and groceries and close to the public beach with an excellent dive shop right there in Xico Dive Centre. The staff are not rude but they don't seem to care too much about concerns of clients. I booked a condo with 2 rooms and they gave use two single room condos. Since we were with adults this was fine but made logistics like coordinating meals and outings a hassel and we were in the two separate wings of the hotel with was super annoying and made things even more inconvenient. Additionally my shower was cold 6/7 days we stayed there and they were told every single day and maintenance was only in once that whole time. The rooms are spacious but could be cleaner (not unhygenic, just shabby) and the amenities are lacking (toiletries, towels, kitchen towels, kitchen utensils, kettle, iron or clothes steamer). The couch is uncomfortable and bed was a bit firmer than I prefer. The hair dryer in the bathroom was also not working. I asked for a partial refund due to the hassel and they declined to provide one. Overall, not a terrible stay but not a great one either. I would check out somewhere else if I went back to Playa del Carmen.

Excellent Residence great location

La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones y el personal super amable. El unico detalle es que las pastillas del agua caliente se botaban a medio baño.

After waiting for 3hrs for the check in, they didn't have the room I paid for available. They offered a cancellation and it was a nightmare fighting for the refund. It was a horrible experience. Avoid this place.
