Buen día, me gustaria levantar una queja reservamos del día jueves 12 de febrero al día de hoy a nombre de Clarybel Herrera el tema es que solicitamos el servicio de planchado de una prenda porque teniamos un evento y me hecharon a perder la prenda carisima por cierto pero esa no es la queja si no el tema que yo quede mal en mi evento la verdad se me hace una grosería por parte del hotel ya que la habitación evidentemente no me costo 5 pesos; espero que se hagan responsables por dicha prenda y por la afectación al evento.

A nuestra llegada pedimos opciones para hacer un upgrade pagado y nos comentan que el hotel esta 100% ocupado. Se entiende. Llegamos al cuarto estaba, viejo, el aire acondicionado descompuesto haciendo un ruidazo, con el mueble principal roto, sin tina - nada que ver con el reservado en la foto. Después de quejarnos, nos cambian a otra habitación mas parecida a la inicialmente reservada. Compramos el servicio All inclusive - que no es all inclusive - no hay claridad ni aviso de los meseros, nos enteramos varios días después - se aprecia falta de capacitación Mi esposa se come algo en el hotel que la enferma del estomago - tuvimos una buena respuesta de la doctora - pero una pésima atención de la recepción y la farmacia - nuevamente se aprecia una gran falta de capacitación de Indra y otras personas en la recepción. Mala comunicación, por correo en lugar de por teléfono - tardan literalmente 8 horas en entregarme los medicamentos, cobrados a precios ridículos, y aún peor, hicieron mal el pedido. Cuando les comento me dicen que había sido mi culpa - cuando Indra tomo foto de la receta e hizo el pedido, PESIMO. Luego me dicen que van a pedir el cambio pero que llegaría a primera hora al día siguiente… Me marcan al día siguiente y me dicen que tengo que ir a la farmacia yo personalmente a hacer el cambio, pagando 2700 pesos de taxis. Late check out - lo pedi antes de llegar, durante mi estancia varias veces, y hasta el ultimo momento nos dicen no es posible…. TODO MAL…

The place was amazing and the food was great!

Service was outstanding. Setting is unique, part jungle part beach. Beach is beautiful, the sand is soft. Waves are calm. Saw whales! Great for kids and walking. Pools great. Resort food is expensive, cocktails are $20. Room is nice, although bathroom is not very well lit. Loved the double sinks.

We stayed in an ocean front suite and it was awesome. Try the matcha fish tostada, its incredible. Dinner at rubra is a cant miss, and we loved the spa. We also saw whales breaching every day-- just siting on the beach watching! Loved it here

La comida, la habitación y la gente que atiende muy bien.

The all inclusive package was not communicated well at all. Once we signed up for it (at the cost of $3000 extra for the week), we found out we had to order off very limited menus and weren’t able to enjoy all they offered. Also the most expensive restaurant was not included in the all inclusive package. We were asked before we got there if we were celebrating an occasion. I replied that it was our first anniversary on 1/15. I never heard back and asked the concierge when we arrived if they would help us celebrate. She assured me there would be a bottle of champagne in our room on 1/15. There was not. We enjoyed many aspects of the hotel but the lack of transparency will deter us for ever coming back.

The hotel feels like it wasnt finished yet. They charge premium prices but the facilities and the kitchen are well below a 3 star hotel. Specially the rooms. The only advantage is the bathtub

Breakfast charges for buffet very high for a family of 4 and especially if one does not eat much but still wants a few options. Waiters also not very attentive to what was consumed and often charging for the highest price option.

Great hotel and beautiful beach. Our two complaints are the restroom had zero privacy and no door which is not idea for families with teenagers. The other complaint was the New Year’s celebration. The buffet and entertainment was $450 usd and up per person. Hardly worth the cost so we skipped and there wasn’t much available that night at the hotel. They did a good job closing all restaurants and being very vague on email prior to the trip on alternative options so we didn’t have any options other than pool food. The lobby bar had a couple of food options but they needed and wanted you to spend $1,800 for a family of 4 to attend the New Year’s party. They are not the only hotel that does this. We learned our lesson.

Wonderful place.

Graaaan lugar, fui con mi esposo para celebrar nuestro aniversario y simplemente nos encantó. La comida estuvo deliciosa, el ambiente tranquilo pero muy cool, el hotel muy bien cuidado y la gente siempre fue muy amable.
