Chambre grande avec vue sur la baie, magnifique. Lits confortables. Petit déjeuner excellent. Personnel de l'hôtel extrêmement serviable et agréable. Restaurant excellent !

Gorgeous room with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Very comfy bed and nice shower. Lovely, helpful staff. We paid for parking just outside the center of Perast. You may have to wait a while for parking as the lot is small and there are many people trying to park there for its proximity to Perast. The breakfast was excellent with a lovely selection of hot and cold items. Would highly recommend!

Nous avions 2 chambres et un salon avec une très jolie vue sur la mer. Les lits sont malheureusement trop petits 1,40m de largeur. Rangement assez spacieux. Salle de bain très propre mais odeur d’égout assez récurrente. Nous avons laissé la ventilation de la salle de bains en continu. Grande terrasse avec beaucoup de transats et chaises. Jolie piscine avec belle vue sur la mer. Bon petit-déjeuner beaucoup de choix en salé mais peu de choix en sucré. Service de navette en voiturette de golf très pratique car le parking est loin de l’hôtel. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon.

Great location. Unfortunately the experience at the reception was negative. First they disputed that I had already paid through Expedia and secondly they argued (even though the Amex logo is on their website and payment device that they accept Amex). Both things were apparently not true / the stay was paid for thru Expedia with Amex. The worst part was that they didn’t answered any of my email or Expedia messages. They went dark. I had to dispute the charge through my bank. Bummer as the rest was nice.

The hotel is located by the bay. The restaurant is a must. The staff is helpful. We enjoyed the time we spent there

Personnel adorable, petite précision une photo en ligne pourrait laisser penser que l’hôtel dispose d’un accès privatif à la mer or il est public, piscine très petite vu le nombre de clients.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and everything met our expectations. What really made the difference was the staff – they were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their excellent service created a warm atmosphere and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again.

Belen at the front desk was amazing. Super responsive via what’s app ahead of our arrival to coordinate parking etc. helped us make dinner reservations and even had a take away breakfast arranged for us and delivered to our room when she learned we’d be leaving earlier than the included breakfast. Absolutely incredible service!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location

Frukosten var bra och man kunde sitta vid vattnet och äta som var super mysigt. Personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälp samma. Rummet så visserligen inte ut som vi trodde, lite sämre men det var en otroligt fin utsikt och poolen var jätte bra. De är en del trappor som kan vara svårt om man har svårt att gå men annars var det värt det med den fina utsikten

Alors, l'hôtel CONTE, est divisé en plusieurs chambres disséminées sur Perast. La chambre était propre, le petit-déjeuner de type buffet est composé d'un très large choix de mets. L'hôtel propose une croisière sur la baie de Kotor, qui est tout juste magnifique. Attention, parking payant 25€/nuit

The apartment itself was comfortable, but our stay was overshadowed by poor communication and parking issues. Before arrival, it was impossible to contact the hotel. I called eight times without anyone answering, incurring international calling charges in the process. After arriving, I spent around 30 minutes driving around trying to find the parking allocated for Annex D. Eventually, I parked outside Hotel Conte and asked the parking attendant to call the hotel three times, but still no one answered. As I couldn't leave my car there because of the risk of a fine, I had to run a considerable distance to reception and back in the heat, leaving me exhausted and stressed. I was then told they had only one missed call. A staff member showed me where the allocated parking space was, but when we arrived it was occupied by other cars. No alternative nearby was provided, so we had to park much farther away. Instead of parking just above the apartment, we faced a 30-minute walk with many stairs every time we needed the car. We had to do this three times during our stay, which added unnecessary inconvenience and stress. There was also a power outage for over an hour at around 11 p.m. due to a storm. I understand this was outside the hotel's control, but it meant we couldn't get ready for bed or use the apartment during that time. The accommodation itself was good, but the lack of communication and the unresolved parking situation significantly affected our experience.

So welcoming and accommodating from the late pickup at the parking lot to the entire stay and drop off back to the car. From the beginning they stayed in touch helping to make sure I found my way to the right parking lot and it was pretty late check in so I was grateful. The chef stayed a bit later to make a meal for me before I went up to my room for the night understanding I had just arrived and came from a bit far away. The check-in was so informative and polite as well as check out. The staff was overall amazing. Highly recommend
