Old hotel. Noisy rooms

Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs. Zimmer sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber i.O. Frühstück ist für lokale Verhältnisse eher schwach. Wir hatten in 2 Nächten vor Ort 4 mal einen Stromausfall (im Hotel, nicht in der Stadt). Rezeption sehr freundlich, im Restaurant kommt es auf die Tagesform an.

Front of house was very helpful and would recommend trying the Mix Grill! very good!

Nice hotel

Every time I stay here I always get the most warm of welcomes. Svetlana on reception is the best and Boris at the bar.

Room condition was not good

I have stayed here before and everything remains Great.

This is a very cheap hotel that is convenient for the train/bus station, but that is its main benefit and only reason to stay here. The staff are friendly and willing to help where they can with administration like printing off travel documents and the like. However the building is very old and faded, and my room had the engrained smell of cigarettes. I made the mistake of closing the window before going to sleep and woke in the morning almost choking on the stench! Unfortunately it also isn't particularly clean and I did have to capture a cockroach before taking a morning shower too... Did the job for a flying visit to Podgorica but really one to avoid.

As always the service was impeccable at Hotel Europa. The staff are amazingly friendly. Svetlana, Tina, Boris, Alan etc. would highly recommend a stay there.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment I stepped inside, I was hit with the overwhelming stench of stale cigarettes. It was as if the walls, carpets, and even the air itself had been marinated in smoke for years. To make matters worse, there was no lift, meaning I had to haul my heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs. No help, no offer of assistance—just me, sweating and regretting every decision that led me to book this place. Then came the room. Tiny, depressing, and barely clean. The air conditioning was a joke—either blasting hot air like a furnace or making a loud, rattling noise while doing absolutely nothing. Sleeping here felt like punishment. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I’d have been better off sleeping in my car.

Front desk staff and maid were brilliant, room changed instantly as im a non- smoker. Could not fault level of service. Happy to stay for longer.

My stay was good, everything was good. Not much as far as the free breakfast buffet. The other thing is the bathroom was very tight, especially the place of the toilet, if you are a big person definitely going to be a challenge using the toilet. Happy they had a smart tv and a small fridge. The front desk lady was very nice!
