The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful and kind. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and always ready to assist. We tried two restaurants. The Spanish restaurant and French restaurant. Both were delicious with attentive waiters. When we first checked in the bathroom floors had not been cleaned and we found stains on our bed sheets, when we told the front desk, they took care of it right away. Second, our laundry was not returned until we asked, but again when we told front desk, they were very apologetic and brought it right away. Last, we got a call the morning we were leaving saying a taxi picked up a friend of ours from the airport, however, we ordered a taxi to the train station that morning, again this was sorted out but definitely some back and forth with a few things at the hotel. Overall, good experience and helpful staff.

유명 관광자와 거리가 있어 차로 아동해야 합니다. 다만 호탤은 안전한 자역애 있습니다. 주차는 공감이 넓어 셀프주차 편안합니다..호텔부지가 넓어 쾌적합니다. 다만조식은 메라어트 수준은 아닙니다. 조식은 많은 종류에 비해 잘이 떨어졌고 룸은 낡고 욕실도 개선이 필요합니다. 컨시어저 문의해서 개인 데이투어 했는데 300Mad 로 저렴하나 카펫 가죽재품등 매장을 방문해서 좀 부담스러웠습니다.

Concierge was keep suggesting guide tour. I paid breakfast also via hotels.com. And hotel said no. Had to show them reservation. Had to stand there 20 mins until they figure out. Dinner served very unprofessional. Place is very dark. I don’t recommend to stay. Plus bath sink eww

The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent.

I booked a superior duplex room but their idea of a duplex is a bedroom in the basement. It was damp and smelly. I asked for a room change but they did not have any to offer. I asked for downgrade and they did not offer any.

J’ai adoré mon séjour de 2 nuits en compagnie de ma famille. Nous avons réservé 3 chambres. Les chambres étaient très propres avec des lits King confortables. Le service d’entretien effectué par Mme Fouzia Lekhal était impeccable. Le personnel était très amical et serviable. L’hôtel est bien situé près de tous les attraits touristiques de la ville spirituelle de Fès. C’est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et je reviendrai InchaALLAH,
