Nous avons bénéficié d’un séjour exceptionnel au sein de cet établissement remarquable. L’hôtel se distingue par une propreté irréprochable et un personnel d’une grande attention, qui nous a prodigué un service personnalisé et de haute qualité. Un seul aspect mérite d’être mentionné : la fourniture quotidienne de deux petites bouteilles d’eau, ce qui peut s’avérer insuffisant pour un hôtel de prestige, notamment en période estivale. Malgré ce léger inconvénient, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Great and excellent hotel by the sea

Nice hotel, nice spacious room and bathroom. Outside of the chaotic busy Tangier city and nice in-hotel restaurant.

Our stay at Idou Malabata was amazing. Such a beautiful hotel in a great location - not too far from the Grand Socco. The staff were really attentive, it was super clean and the breakfast was great. I would definitely come back to this hotel!

L’hôtel il est fantastique. Le cadre, il est magique le personnel ils sont top de top de l’entrée de l’hôtel jusqu’à la chambre tout le monde ils sont gentils serviable avec le sourire tout le temps. L’établissement est propre bien équipé bien placé, on a rien à dire Le restaurant le petit déjeuner, tout est impeccable Franchement je suis fière que cette chaîne d’hôtel, c’est une chaîne marocaine qu’elle a une qualité mieux encore que les chaînes internationales La gentillesse marocaines, elle est présente dans tout les coins de l’établissement Je veux remercie en particulier Nouhaila à la réception c’était plus pour l’établissement Elle est gentille, serviable, adorable Le Spa avec la masseuse, IKRAM si t’es un vrai moment de détente Je recommande ce hôtel sans hésiter, et je me languis de revenir encore

The view from this hotel was unreal. The hotel was also nice enough to upgrade us to an ocean view room. The breakfast was unbelievably good. My husband also loved their massage. Oussama and Fatema went out of their way to help us plan for our day or make our stay memorable. However, the prices for food and taxis were inflated compared to what you would get outside. For example, the taxi price to Medina or the rail station was 100 dirham through the hotel. However, when we returned to the hotel from the medina, the taxi driver quoted 50 Dirham and settled for 30. The lunch and dinner prices were also around 50% less in nearby hotels or restaurants.

Beautiful property. Stunningly decorated with two lovely pools and an absolutely amazing patio with a view. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall, a very good stay at the Idou. The staff were amazing, we loved our room and all the amenities. Highly recommend

New hotel with a great location overlooking the sea. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and spotless. Everything was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. The staff ( Mohammed, Khadija) were helpful and friendly.

where do I begin with this Hotel? There are many other hotels in Tanger that have good service and will not give you this two star experience. This experience is so bad that I’m leaving my review while I’m still at the hotel!! 1. The rooms appeared to be clean and they have this extremely strong smell in the hallways to mask something that is probably really stinky. The smell is so strong it makes you feel sick. When you get into your room, your pillow probably smell really bad. It has this weird smell to it that does not make any sense nor does it go away. 2. The staff here is the worst. The men at the doors will be stand there chatting all day with each other, but will not even open the door for you or give you a helping hand. They are more focused on the conversation they are having with each other. For a hotel that has so many staff. It’s interesting that they’re doing nothing but walking around and talking to each other. 3. This hotel is mediocre. Calling it a five star hotel is a big joke. There is no five star experience here. 4. The food in the breakfast experience is also bad. They seem to keep the food stored in heat containers yet the food is very cold every morning, even right when the breakfast starts. 5. Don’t get me started on the breakfast staff. Unhelpful, but they stand around and watch you like they’ve never seen people before. . NOT a 5 star hotel!! Avoid

Le personnel est très gentils et a l'écoute La chambre est magnifique avec une literie très confortable, la vue mer est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est top, le room service est rapide, la nourriture proposé est de qualité Le spa a répondu à mes attentes, j'ai eu l'occasion de profiter du hamam, massage, pédicure, manicure et soin du visage. Les dames du spa sont très gentille et très intentionné. Le sauna, le jacuzzi et la salle de sport sont de qualité. En bref nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans cette hôtel je reviendrai sans hésiter Merci à toutes l'équipe de ́nous avoir permis de passer de bonnes vacances
