where do I begin with this Hotel? There are many other hotels in Tanger that have good service and will not give you this two star experience. This experience is so bad that I’m leaving my review while I’m still at the hotel!! 1. The rooms appeared to be clean and they have this extremely strong smell in the hallways to mask something that is probably really stinky. The smell is so strong it makes you feel sick. When you get into your room, your pillow probably smell really bad. It has this weird smell to it that does not make any sense nor does it go away. 2. The staff here is the worst. The men at the doors will be stand there chatting all day with each other, but will not even open the door for you or give you a helping hand. They are more focused on the conversation they are having with each other. For a hotel that has so many staff. It’s interesting that they’re doing nothing but walking around and talking to each other. 3. This hotel is mediocre. Calling it a five star hotel is a big joke. There is no five star experience here. 4. The food in the breakfast experience is also bad. They seem to keep the food stored in heat containers yet the food is very cold every morning, even right when the breakfast starts. 5. Don’t get me started on the breakfast staff. Unhelpful, but they stand around and watch you like they’ve never seen people before. . NOT a 5 star hotel!! Avoid

Le personnel est très gentils et a l'écoute La chambre est magnifique avec une literie très confortable, la vue mer est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est top, le room service est rapide, la nourriture proposé est de qualité Le spa a répondu à mes attentes, j'ai eu l'occasion de profiter du hamam, massage, pédicure, manicure et soin du visage. Les dames du spa sont très gentille et très intentionné. Le sauna, le jacuzzi et la salle de sport sont de qualité. En bref nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans cette hôtel je reviendrai sans hésiter Merci à toutes l'équipe de ́nous avoir permis de passer de bonnes vacances

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le petit déjeuner était un vrai régal, avec un large choix de produits frais et de qualité. Chaque matin, c’était un plaisir de commencer la journée ainsi. La vue depuis ma chambre était à couper le souffle, offrant un panorama que je n’oublierai pas. Le personnel était également très accueillant et disponible. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation pour un séjour mémorable.

Nous avons été accueillies par Khadija à notre arrivée, et elle a rendu notre arrivée très agréable. Nous étions trois filles et, surprise, nous avons reçu un surclassement de chambre, ce qui était vraiment gentil de leur part. L’accueil était fluide, chaleureux et très professionnel. La chambre était magnifique, propre, et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le buffet était également superbe, avec un très large choix de plats, notamment des spécialités marocaines délicieuses, généreuses et variées. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour mémorable !

Oyeñr recent stay was great. VERY clean and the staff were really friendly. The only thing was the restaurant prices and also, due to religious reasons, we thought that the 30 min jacuzzi were just for us but it was mixed. So we couldn't enjoy it neither the spa. Other than that it was very pleasant.

La chambre étais impeccable, propre, silencieuse, avec une atmosphère reposante.

L'accueil réception au top, vraiment sympathique la chambre était très bien. Mais le restaurant, le premier soir était ok, en plus avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Par contre le 2eme soir, on a du attendre 1h30 entre l'entrée et le plat principal, on voyait que l'équipe de cuisine n'était pas du tout la même que je jour précédent, et les plats normalement chauds, étaient servis froid. Malgré une réflexion au pseudo responsable du restaurant, cela ne l'a pas fait bouger du tout, même pas un mot d'excuse, comme si cela était normal. très très déçu par ce point, ce qui nous fera réserver un autre hôtel la prochaine fois, car aussi signaler à la réception ou nous avons reçu comme réponse, Ha oui, désolé, c'est pas normal. Mais rien de plus.

Le personnel incroyable

Chambre très confortable et propre, petit déjeuner très varié avec beaucoup de choix, salle de sport avec équipements tout neufs, personnel agréable et serviable, l'espace bar est très sympa. L'ensemble de l'hotel est très agréable avec une localisation un peu à l'écart de Tanger mais face à la mer (1h de marche le long de la mer pour rejoindre le centre)

this spot exceeded our expectations. I first have to say how much we enjoyed breakfast especially with Fatima and Aamina manning the msemmen and omelet station! they made the best m'semmen!!!! and of course the very charming waiter Muhammed the lovely ladies at the spa were also very welcoming each time we ventured down. I wish I could remember their names!
