L’hôtel est très bien entretenu rénové récemment. À mon avis, les piscines sont immenses avec beaucoup de transat Plusieurs Restaurant très bien et à des prix pas très élevés. Un personnel très sympa, une propreté irréprochable et une situation au top

Très bonne expérience, chambre très agréable, confort aux normes européennes ! Petit dej très varié. Petit bémol, problème de Clim dans notre chambre mais pas gênant à cette époque.

Very aesthetic hotel but it’s slightly over crowded. Lots of families come here with their small children so definitely family friendly.

Lovely hotel with very nice facilities. We very much enjoyed the clean and inviting pool area, the restaurants were great and the overall feeling was calm and relaxing

The hotel was great. Very nice swimming pools, clean room, and close to shopping. I enjoyed staying there. Also the food was excellent.

On m’a facturé une formule thé afternoon 95 dirham au lieu des 50 affiché de partout, c’est pas top de rien vouloir savoir avec un client qui passe son 6 eme séjours dans l’hôtel, pour le reste tout c’est bien dérouler néanmoins

Hotel parfait pour passer un excellent sejour dans le meilleur quartier de Marrakech. Confort et propreté à tous les niveaux. Mention spéciale pour le petit dejeuner très copieux et la piscine chauffée en plein hiver.

The property is huge but very clean. Wonderful breakfast, lots of options. However when we asked for more tea bags and milk for our room we were told it is chargeable, despite there being a kettle in the room. The three nights we were there, they never filled the showrer gel bottle. All the concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. The carpets on our floor lookef dated and old Good location, easy walk to the souks and Medina. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. Overall we would definitely go again.

Première expérience dans cet hôtel. Je ne sais pas quelles sont les vrais critères au maroc pour être flagué 5 étoiles mais pour avoir faire de vrai 5 étoiles je vous confirme que le KRG ne les mérites absolument pas. Ormis le personnel, mais ça c’est propre au marocain, les prestations ne sont absolument au niveau sur 4 p’tits dej à l’hôtel nous n’en avons fait que 1, aucune variété ce qui est proposé est fade, les viennoiserie ormis les pains aux raisins passable le reste de la pierre, café pas bon sauf celui du bar. Dans les chambres mauvaise odeurs, vieille, il faut pas hésitez à soulever la plaque de verre sur la table et passer un coup en dessous. Tv qui ne fonctionnait pas un soir appel à la réception qui nous dit qu’elle va nous envoyer un technicien, ben il n’est jamais venu et enfin le sèche cheveux qui fonctionne 30 secondes et s’arrête, appel de nouveau à la réception et la réponse est lunaire, s’il fonctionne que 30 secondes et s’arrête c’est « NORMAL » c’est parce qu’il chauffe trop il faut le laisser refroidir tous les sèches cheveux de l’hôtel sont comme ça. Le « c’est normal » est une blague NON ce n’est pas normal je suis désolé et s’il y a un soucis technique sur vos sèches cheveux ben il faut tous les changer point. Enfin bref, c’est ait la première et je pense dernière fois dans cette hôtel qui au vu du rapport qualité prix n’est pas du tout un 5 étoiles. Heureusement que nous n’avons séjourné que 4 nuits.

Personalen var trevliga men hotellets skick samt renlighet i rummen var på en låg nivå.

The property itself was nice, but front desk staff were very short and rude. As an example, I realized on my first morning that the coffee set up (ie, mugs, packets of instant coffee and tea, sugars) was missing something to heat water with. I called the front desk to request one (politely) and was told they would send one “right away.” At least 30 min later, I called again to see if they might have gotten the wrong room; again, I was told that would send one “right away.” Another 30 min later passed, so I called one last time, and I was given the same reply. I requested clarification, asked if there was some way I could assist (e.g., pick one up), and also asked if there was a way I could get a coffee in the meantime (breakfast had passed). She replied in a very exasperated tone, “we are not room service”…and then she hung up on me. (!!) I was there 4 nights, and I figured it wasn’t worth my effort to ask again after the first morning. But then a kettle appeared the evening before check out. And….it was broken! I can’t help but feel that was intentional. If you are looking for “5-star” service, this hotel is not going to be the one. (P.s. this is my first negative review ever.)
