Property well kept and staff was efficient, helpful, and friendly.

Terrible - I really think this hotel should be closed while their many construction jobs are going on. There’s a constant sound of banging and digging. The gym is one treadmill and one elliptical in a hotel bedroom. Next to the pool is a building site for the new spa and gym. They were building a new conference room outside my bedroom. On my last day they were construction in the only restaurant. It was so loud I had to leave the lobby to make a telephone call as I couldn’t be heard. Also terrible customer relations. One good thing, a super comfortable bed. One photo shows the do not disturb sign. Even if was worthy of being thrown into the bin.

Super nice staff and friendly. Very welcoming and helpful. Will surely recommend this and worth at least coming back to for sure.

everything here is fantastic

The hotel was good, Staff were great - However major disappointment as we booked it due to it having a SPA and a gym (it was advertised as such, and still does) - however when we got there the SPA was being renovated and it completely derailed our plans! We expect some kind of compensation for this, but not had anything from Expedia or the hotel either!

A beautiful property that met our expectations

It would have been nice if Expedia website stated that there was a major refurbishment going on at the hotel! If there was I would not booked the two rooms for four nights. The restricted area for breakfast was good under the circumstances but very noisy before 10.30 when the workforce were meant to start. Staff were pleasant and friendly

Stayed there for little less than a month .people might complaint but hotel is ongoing remodeling which is understandable . House keepers were perfect at taking care of the room .breakfast buffet was excellent.all the stuff were super nice .this was not my first trip and wont be my last for sure

I had a really nice stay. The facilities were very clean, on site dining was delicious and staff was very friendly. I would consider coming back just based on the breakfast buffet alone. My room was beautiful and cozy-- it seems like I got one of the updated rooms. There was quite a bit of construction on the grounds and also on the floor I was staying but it did not bother me nor affect my stay too much. There was some noise and a minimal debris here and there, but again it wasn't enough to make me complain. I am a bit more understanding than the average consumer -- so that might be something that would bother someone else. The hotel is already nice so I imagine whatever they are doing will make the hotel better for future stays.

we were in this hotel for 3 days on Apr26-29 there was a construction in hotel and breakfast was very expensive for two that's why we ate outside the hotel. all receptionists and concierges were amazing and very helpful

Ongoing renovation which the property should have noted in its information Conveniently located across from a major mall with supermarket. However, mold in bathroom, and the furniture and room finishes were beat up two outlets on either side of bed not functioning. We switched rooms upon checkin because room was directly across fro garden renovation with heavy equipment. New room was for a rating guest a welcome fruit plate - an embarrassment to Le Méridien. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
