The workers were amazing. Three workers stood out over the rest, but I only remember Fatals name. The room made you feel emersed in Moroccan culture. The staff was the nicest and most hospitable we've had in a very long time. The food was really good, and overall its located in a good location for the market and shopping. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I'd recommend this place to a friend, and we will be booking here when we go back to Morocco. Some points to note are that the pool was not heated, and is a bit chilly. Also, the owner and manager were friendly to guests, but it didn't seem like they treat their employees the best.

Loved our stay at road noire D'ivore. It was luxury but felt authentic right in the middle of everything. The rooms were ompeccable- we stayed at the zebra room with the private hot tub. The service was amazing and personal. The hammam we booked was fantastic as well- we should have done it more. Oh and the restaurant was fantastic!! Would absolutely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we were treated extremely well. The food and entertainment were excellent and the riad itself was absolutely beautiful. We will remember our few days at Noir D’Ivoire with absolute fondness, especially our evening chats in the bar with fellow guests. Fantastic.

Beautiful riad down a quiet alley, a haven after the hectic city. Classy and sophisticated feel with top notch service. Food was excellent, by far the best tagine I had in the 2 weeks in Morocco. Gorgeous rooftop loungers. Nice pool and spa. A relaxed bar with strong cocktails and a great ambience. Rooms were beautifully decorated and enormous comfortable bed. Slight drain smell in the jacuzzi and wobbly light switches to remind you you're in Morocco. The owner was very hospitable and welcoming, there was a jazz evening while were there with an excellent pianist.

Riad Noir d'Ivoire Is a stunning property in a great location. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit and could then escape back to the riad and unwind by the pool. The decor is fabulous - with so many little details. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall it’s a great place to stay to explore the centre of Marrakesh.

Sadly promised so much but did not deliver. Riad very dark and needed more lighting in rooms, staircases and public areas.Reception staff nice but lacking in staff to attend to residents needs. Only ever seemed one member of staff as a waiter. Everything done on whatsapp, no information, menus or welcome pack in rooms which made it diffucult as we do not use whatsapp. Collection from airport orginsed by hotel was over an hour late and we left not knowing what was happening. The Riad was nice but could be much, much better.

The staff were excellent and service was brilliant. They were very attentive to our needs and went the extra mile. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was exceptional. There’s a choice of French food or traditional Moroccan, and both were outstanding. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

This property is hidden down a side alley behind an unmarked door but once inside, you are surrounded by beauty and luxury. The decor is elegant and great attention has been paid to all the details. Our room was well fitted out, complete with open fire, but it did overlook the winter courtyard which has the restaurant and bar so was noisy until service was finished around midnight. If you want some peace, try for a room around the summer courtyard which might possibly be quieter in the evenings. The staff were fantastic and incredibly efficient and helpful. The in-house hamman was a real treat and well worth booking. The hotel organised a guide for a tour of the souks and were very helpful in suggesting (and booking) dining options although we also had two meals in the hotel restaurant which was excellent. For a first visit to Marrakesh it was a lovely introduction to the city and we quickly became used to finding our way through the maze of pends and alleys to and from the property although it is very disconcerting on first arriving. Our only comment would be the matter of the evening noise - there was a wonderful pianist on Thursday night who played until late, and the background music throughout the afternoon and evening every day was louder than we would normally have preferred. The overall experience however was wonderful and congratulations to the team for all their hard work.

Schönes hochpreisiges Riad. Liebevoll ausgestattet und exotisch. Bar, Live- Musik, sehr gutes Essen. Der dritte Kaffee zum Frühstück sollte allerdings inclusive sein, ebenso wie ein 2. O-Saft.

Amazing stay with fantastic service and staff. Greeted with fizz and macaron and given an upgrade on our room. Can’t recommend enough what a lovely and romantic trip this was.

Hamza was the best!

Amazing Riad, although hard to find, especially in the dark. Stunning inside, great host and staff are truly amazing. The room, food, breakfast and facilities are outstanding. The bed could do with updating slightly is the only niggle which stopped it being a 5 star.

Super high class. Best riad in Marrakesh

It is an island of calm and beauty in the Medina. The staff is friendfly and always smiling, each room is a unique treasure. After a day of walking and touring, you come back to a place of calm where you feel each item in the hotel is carefully picked to enhance your experience. Abdessamad, the bar manager can provide you with the beverage of your choice fixed just the way you want it. The meals are excellent; tasty and plentiful. I would not stay anywhere else on a visit to Marrakech. The best o memories/

Exceptionally beautiful riad with warm ambiance and unique appointments. Staff was always friendly and eager to provide whatever service we needed. We had the opportunity to meet Stephen, the owner, who is committed to providing excellent service in a stunning setting. We would highly recommend staying in this amazing riad for anyone visiting Marrakech.
