Nous avons séjourné avec mes deux filles et avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel a été aux petits soins pour nous. Je recommande.

We stayed 1 night hear...staff was absolutely amazing we had welcome tea with morrocan biscuits..we love biscuits so much so the staff bought us biscuits in our room..its such a romantic riad...it was cold in December so heating was working in full swing,next morning we woke up at 6 a. And they pack us breakfast to take to out excursions as we had ourika vally bookedand bought us coffe for take away over all i like it..thanks riad rive..

Το δωμάτιο ήταν απλά σαν κελί φυλακής.Βρωμικο πολύ , χωρίς ούτε τις βασικές παροχές, παλιά χαλασμένα κρεβάτια , παλιό κουβέρτες μέσα σε παπλωματοθηκες , όλα απλά ΑΠΑΊΣΙΑ .Το προσωπικό προσπαθούσε αλλά δυστυχώς δεν ήταν αρκετό

Nous avions une chambre très agréable, bien décoré et propre.( Le fait d'être au rez-de-chaussée n'a aucune importance dans un riad) Le personnel était aimable et accueillant. Le roof top est superbe, avec une belle vue et vous y prendrai le petit déjeuner. Celui-ci est sucrée, je n'en ai donc pas profité mais mes amis ont apprécié de plus qu'une gentille dame prépare les crepes, pancakes et mismen en direct. Merci encore. Je recommande.

Très bon accueil,personnel aimable et serviable. Joli riad mais la chambre était trop petite surtout pour un séjour d une semaine ! Bien pour une nuit ou deux. Literie peu confortable, serviettes de toilette parfois usées, évacuation d eau pas optimale et souvent nauséabonde.

I don't know if the rooms in all riads are so sensitive to noise. I'm not sensitive, but the rooms are really very soundproof. Especially if you stay under the terrace, you can hear the chairs being pushed back and forth all the time. I can't understand why the riad managers don't do anything about this. The rooms are really very small and unfortunately musty due to humidity (we had to change rooms). The staff are really nice and make an effort. Unfortunately, they can't help the circumstances. The location is good. The breakfast has very little choice and is almost always the same. The riad managers can certainly make a big difference here with small changes. The location was good. The staff Adul Samad was very rude he interupted our dinner and demanded to vacate a room without doing his due deligence. The washrooms had cockroach and we could smell mold in rooms 3,4 and 5 due to the spa underground. some staff were really good like Hischam he gave us good welcome and explained about the city. The hotel were overbooked and very busy unlike other Riads we visited in Morocco.

Absolutely incredible Riad experience for our first time in Marrakech. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after and answered any questions we had. The little touches went a long way, such as walking us to our taxis early in the morning to ensure our safety and booking excursions for us. Would highly recommend to anybody visiting Marrakech!

Kan vara bra att veta att man måste gå ca 1 km för att komma fram, taxi kan inte köra ända fram till hotellet. God mat och mycket fin service. Trevlig och familjär stämning. Kändes tryggt att bo här.

Das Personal war durchgehend super freundlich. Wir konnten bereits bei Ankunft früher ins Zimmer, lediglich Kleinigkeiten wurden später fertig gemacht. Dies wurde uns aber vorher mitgeteilt und somit mussten wir nicht bis zur Check-in Zeit warten. Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, aber das wird wohl überall in den Riads der Fall sein. Die Klimaanlage hat Anfang Februar bei 5-20 °C auch super als Heizung funktioniert und war sehr ruhig. In der Innenstadt ist alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen.

The customers service was brilliant ( Abdul the morning guys where amazing and friendly ) Beautiful place nice and quiet, however providing a hot water kettle in rooms should be a necessity, we had to pay for tea all the time , the walls needs a new paint they have visible cracks and stains.

Rooms were a little small and limited amenities within the room.

La chambre n’est pas du tout pareil que sur les photos, très humide, c’était très sale, très mal entretenu ( via photo). Énormément de bruit tout au long de notre séjour, la nuit et le matin. Je ne recommande vraiment pas du tout cette endroit.

Ett litet Riad med hjälpsam, trevlig personal som var mycket mån om oss som kunder. Det är ett litet och personligt ställe som är värd att besöka om man vill uppleva genuint och traditionsenligt boende mitt i Medinan.

El personal del Riad es amable y las zonas comunes son más o menos bonitas pero es lo único bueno, las habitaciones son ridículamente pequeñas e incómodas, no volvería y menos comparándolo con un riad en el que estuve posteriormente con el mismo precio, no tenía nada que ver. En las habitaciones de este riad cabe la cama y poco más. Cama hecha con 4 tablas mal puertas que chirriaban en cuanto te movías 1 centímetro. Colchón y almohadas incómodos. Un "armario" hecho con 4 tablas y 2 perchas. No puedes deshacer la maleta. La primera noche nos metieron en una habitación sin casi ventilación con un olor a humedad terrible. La puerta del baño estaba verde del moho. Por suerte nos cambiaron a otra al día siguiente.

Les chambres en photo ne sont pas celle de la majorité du Riad. Il n’y a pas internet dans les chambres. Riad d’une trentaine de chambre donc ça fait penser à l’usine notamment le matin au petit dej, pas assez de tables, mauvaise organisation… nous avons fait 3 Riad celui ci étant le pire…
