The property location was great and beautifully decorated!

Very disappointing experience at Riad Samir Privilege Boutique & Spa. I want to make it clear that the front desk staff during check-in were not the issue — the problem was management and the lack of communication and professionalism. I confirmed early check-in multiple times before arriving, including a week before, two days before, and again the day of arrival. Despite this, nothing was communicated properly, which caused my friends and I to spend hours trying to locate the riad late at night after our flight while receiving little to no response from management. It was an extremely stressful start to our trip. The rooms were much smaller than advertised in the photos and had an unpleasant smell. Food service was also very slow, with dishes taking a long time to arrive. Another disappointing part was the excursion recommendations through the riad. We later found much better options elsewhere in Marrakech, and after declining the riad’s excursions, the atmosphere toward us became noticeably colder and less welcoming. Management also acknowledged the issues we experienced and mentioned compensation would be provided, but this never happened and follow-up messages were ignored afterward. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set online. There are many other riads in Marrakech with better communication, hospitality, and overall service. I would recommend looking at other options before booking here.

Stedet var slidt , værelserne små, lugtede. Servicen var dårlig , ingen smil . Man kunne godt mærke at det var et stort sted og det gjorder det meget upersonligt i forhold til andre Riader. Ikke et sted jeg vil anbefale til andre .

Charmigt boende. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Vi checkade ut från riaden för en natt men kunde lämna våra väskor där. Provade Hamam och massage som var helt ok. SPA-avdelning är liten men inget fel på behandlingen.

We are three women in our 20s who stayed here for four nights. The staff was very very welcoming and respectful. They even served tea and pastries when we checked in and gave us an itinerary for Marrakesh. Although we had a lot of problems from check in to check out. We has problems with our shuttle to the hotel. The driver wasn‘t there and all of a sudden there were two drivers there at the airport. When we tried communicating with the hotel about it over the phone. They just hung up on us. Then when we checked in our room wasn‘t clean. For example the floor was very dirty and sticky. The drain in the shower was broken and we had hairs and stains on the bed sheets. We complained and the staff immediately apologised and said that we can change the room. The new room was fine although the toilet was shaking and felt like it would just fall over if you stand up too fast… And the lights and water weren‘t working for two hours one evening. The breakfast was just not what we imagined. It seemed unhygienic. There was a sick cat throwing up next to our table but the staff didn’t do anything about it. We never came for breakfast again after that morning. At Check Out therer were some mistakes with the bill and they almost overcharged us. So check your bill! Overall we felt safe because the reception is there 24/7 and they were very nice. MAYBE you can’t come to Marrakesh with european hygienic standards and expect the same as in spain and I don‘t mean it in a negative way

Dès l’arrivé à l’aéroport le taxi qui était réservé via le Riad n’est jamais venu nous chercher, personne ne répondait à nos messages alors que j’avais la confirmation de réservation. Au Riad Chambre très petite , literie digne d’une plaque de béton et aucun espace dans la chambre. Nous avons eu une chambre au rdc , aucune intimité , vous percevez toutes les nuisances qui émanent du Riad ainsi que du personnel . Passer votre chemin si vous êtes en quête de quiétude et de repos . Salle de bain pas du tout fonctionnel aucun rangement pour poser ne serait-ce qu’une trousse de toilette, carrelage glissant . Et petit déjeuner servi à la va vite . Le seul point positif de l’établissement c’est la proximité de la place jema El fna . Je déconseille…..

Friendly staff and cleaners do a good job.

La propreté, l'extrême gentillesse du personnel qui nous a laissés un peu petit déjeuner à emporter car notre vol était très matinal. Le riad est vraiment magnifique.

Nice riad, in a good location 15min walk from Jemaa-el-fna. Room is basic (no window?), shower ok. Breakfast basic, different pancakes and jam. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

The only good thing was it’s location

Nous avons séjourné avec mes deux filles et avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel a été aux petits soins pour nous. Je recommande.

We stayed 1 night hear...staff was absolutely amazing we had welcome tea with morrocan biscuits..we love biscuits so much so the staff bought us biscuits in our room..its such a romantic riad...it was cold in December so heating was working in full swing,next morning we woke up at 6 a. And they pack us breakfast to take to out excursions as we had ourika vally bookedand bought us coffe for take away over all i like it..thanks riad rive..

Το δωμάτιο ήταν απλά σαν κελί φυλακής.Βρωμικο πολύ , χωρίς ούτε τις βασικές παροχές, παλιά χαλασμένα κρεβάτια , παλιό κουβέρτες μέσα σε παπλωματοθηκες , όλα απλά ΑΠΑΊΣΙΑ .Το προσωπικό προσπαθούσε αλλά δυστυχώς δεν ήταν αρκετό

Nous avions une chambre très agréable, bien décoré et propre.( Le fait d'être au rez-de-chaussée n'a aucune importance dans un riad) Le personnel était aimable et accueillant. Le roof top est superbe, avec une belle vue et vous y prendrai le petit déjeuner. Celui-ci est sucrée, je n'en ai donc pas profité mais mes amis ont apprécié de plus qu'une gentille dame prépare les crepes, pancakes et mismen en direct. Merci encore. Je recommande.

Très bon accueil,personnel aimable et serviable. Joli riad mais la chambre était trop petite surtout pour un séjour d une semaine ! Bien pour une nuit ou deux. Literie peu confortable, serviettes de toilette parfois usées, évacuation d eau pas optimale et souvent nauséabonde.
