The Derlon Hotel was not only beautiful but in the heart of Maastricht. Staff is amazing, location is in the center of shopping, dining and a beautiful square to sit and have food/drinks. Would highly recommend!

We have stayed here several times in the past. Although the location is great the rooms are outdated, specially for the price and the fact it’s a 5 star hotel. 1 little bottle of shampoo and bodywash for 2 people and they were not replaced the 2nd day? 2weeks in the netherlands this was the most expensive one and the only one with no proper bodywash and shampoo provided, this is not to be expected in a 5 star hotel.
I was told 2 years ago they were in progress of updating the rooms not no sign of it?

Prima centrale ligging. Personeel correct en vriendelijk.
Kamer klein en wel iets gehorig. Badkamer met half open en glazen wanden zijn een groot min punt. Even prive naar wc gaan is er niet bij. Bed was prima, maar als je met raam op kier (ivm frisse lucht) wilt zetten, wordt je beetje gek van de kerkklok dat naast hotel is.

Kamer 112. Verblijf goed bevallen.
In de badkamer blift de spoelbak van het toilet doorlopen en de afzuiging werkt niet, dus condens op alle spiegels in de kele kamer.
Die LED lampjes in de vloer bij het ontbijt vonden we hinderlijk.

Klant vriendelijkheid was prima echter was de prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet goed. Echt te duur wat je ervoor krijgt. Kamers hebben een opknap beurt nodig en sanitair niet meer van deze tijd en ziet er ook echt niet goed meer uit.
Ontbijt was echter uitstekend geregeld
