계단이 너무 좁고,경사가 급해서 너무 힘들었어요. 화장실도 좁고,드라이기도 없어요

Not only here, but the accommodation in Amsterdam seems to be all poor. The staff is very friendly and the location is very good.

위치는 정말 좋았지만 방이 정말 좁아요. 특히 제가 썼던 방은 문도 잘 안열려서 들어가는것도 힘들었네요. 또한 계단이 몹시 높고 가파르기때문에 캐리어 들고 올라가는것도 힘듭니다. 다만, 중앙역에서 정말 가까운 위치라는 것, 침대 매트리스가 몹시 푹신하단 것은 마음에 들었습니다.

amsterdam mail station 에서 가까워서 선택했는데, 예상보다도 시설이 많이 낙후했습니다. 흡연의 흔적이 가득하고, 욕조, 객실바닥, 흡연냄새, 오래된 인테리어,별로 호의적이지 않은 직원 그런 경험이었습니다. 어쩔수 없는 선택이 아니라면 피하고 싶습니다.

The staff in the hotel is super friendly and helpful. I actually left some item behind and they have been kind enough to inform me about it and send it to me. Rooms are small and not modern, but the hotel is in the heart of Amsterdam, super close to the central station. The hotel is also pet friendly :)

This place is in the perfect location! It has a great buffet breakfast, we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were small and had basic utensils however, rooms were clean, super friendly staff, easy and quick checkout, very warm heating always on and breakfast was provided!

It would have been fine, except for the BED BUGS!

The stairs are a bit hazardous but this is Amsterdam. It was a shame the adjoining hotel had a lift

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch hilfsbereit, das Zimmer selbst aber eine Zumutung! Aus der Beschreibung ging nicht hervor, dass es keine eigene Toilette gibt, diese war im EG (wir waren im 2. Stock, die Treppe dort hinauf / hinunter mit Gepäck massiv schwer zu begehen da extrem steil, gewunden und eng!!!). Das Zimmer ist seit unzähligen Jahren nicht renoviert worden, alles war extrem abgewohnt und teilw. kaputt / beschädigt. Das Fenster war bei Ankunft kaputt, ließ sich nicht schließen (das zumindest wurde aber direkt behoben, danach ließ es sich halt nicht mehr öffnen). Man zahlt hier definitiv nur die Lage, sonst aber leider gar nichts. Wie gesagt, super Personal, aber das reißt es nicht raus.

Everything was fine, it was my second booking with the hotel, major thing though is that room 12 had bed bugs. Didn’t realize until the last night, but will notify staff.

Room had a sink, which is convenient. It's old and had an old smell but the sheets were clean. Bathroom was shared. Rooms were not noise-contained so you can hear other rooms. The hotel had ground floor storage for luggage for free, which was terrific. Continental breakfast was a great value. Location is excellent, 5 min from Centraal train station. Overall would stay here again.

The room was clean and the bed was nice. I basically was only in the room while I slept, so I think it is a fair price for what you get if you’re the type of traveler to go and explore. The bathroom was sometimes dirty, but the showers were good.

Very comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Great location. Bring something to block out the noise from other guests, especially on weekends. They are quite roudy.

It’s central to everything.
