담광장근처라 늦은시간까지 취한 숙박객으로 인해 소란스러운 불편을 겪을수 도 있습니다

직원들이 모두 불친절 했음. 방은 반지하에 외부로의 창문이 없는 어두침침한 방이었음. 칫솔과 면도기가 있냐고 물어보자 직원은 모르겠다고 슈퍼마켓에서 사서 쓰라고 불친절하게 대답했음. 방이 매우 추웠으나 난방은 고장났음. 직원에게 얘기하자 자신은 기술자가 아니라며 참고 자라고 함. 다음날 해결 해 주겠다고 함. 추워서 밤새 잠들지 못했음. 아침에 다른직원이 일하고 있었으며 난방이 안되는지 전 직원에게 들은 바 없다고 함. 해결 안됨. 매우 불친절하였음. 오후에 오래된 휴대용 난방기 하나를 받았음. 불충분하여으나 직원은 이것밖에 없다고 함. 그당시 남은방이 있었으나 방 절대 바꿔주지 않음. 이 호텔때문에 암스테르담에 대한 기억이 매우 안좋음. 직원들은 심지어 미안하다는 말도 안함.

Personalen på hela hotellet var mycket trevliga! Det som drog ner intrycket gällande renlighet var att handdukar och lakan ibland hade gamla fläckar på sig och att heltäckningsmattan verkligen borde bytas ut i det rum vi hade (210). Annars var allt rent och fint. Jättebra med stort kylskåp på rummet! Frukosten innehöll inte ett så stort utbud men allt som serverades var mycket gott och fräscht! Ibland fylldes dock inte allt på trots lång tid kvar till frukostens stängningstid. Hotellets läge var helt suveränt bra! Lugnt och tyst och promenadavstånd till allt! Gratis kaffe på hotellet var också ett stort plus! Överlag är det ett mycket trevligt hotell som vi starkt rekommenderar!

Location is excellent; near Dam Square and tram stop. The staff is friendly and sometimes helpful, and the lobby coffee maker was appreciated. But room has only one hard plastic chair (no place for second person to sit), no microwave, and old worn carpet. Also there is a dangerous large step (about 8 inches) into and out of the bathroom. Unable to control temperature in room without asking staff member at front desk make the adjustment. Sloping floor toward wall at side of room makes walking, especially in the middle of the night, risky. Some kind of rolled up useless dirty carpet along that side wall. Only got one housekeeping service, out of 6 days, 5 nights. Some of the days we asked for no room service but would’ve appreciated at least one more day, which we requested, maybe the 21st or 22nd to empty garbage cans and remove wet towels off the floor. When we asked the desk if we could have housekeeping service because our garbage cans were overflowing, she just said “well there’s additional plastic garbage bags underneath your trash bag.” In other words, “take out your own trash, put in your own new trash bag, here’s some towels.” Isn’t housekeeping one of the advertised services what we were paying almost $400 a night for? Because it certainly wasn’t for a modern, well kept up, warm at our desires, safe and convenient to walk around or sit in, room. Also, the breakfast should be included. We won’t be staying here again.

For a budget property, we found this to be an excellent choice. Very well located between Dam Square and the Jordaan, and only a 15 minute walk to Central Station where a lot of the tours go from. There was a tram stop a block away and a subway stop 5 minutes away. The family room was very roomy and comfortable. Quite a bit of street noise on the front side so be aware of that - we had earplugs so didn't not have an issue with it. We did not partake of the breakfast so cannot comment on the food, but we saw it and it looked like a great spread.

Generally ok experience and good location, and hotel staff were kind but a bit disorganized and unresponsive. “Clean” towels had strands of someone else’s hair embedded in them.

Desk staff were fantastic and very helpful. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was great. Staff kept breakfast area clean and well stocked. Coffeemaker was fantastic. Grocery store one block away. Main tram stop just yards. Great location. Will gladly stay there again.

Perfect location, central to all the shops. The room was very comfortable and clean :) I have visited Amsterdam many times and this was my favourite place to stay. I also felt very safe in knowing there was 24h reception!

Perfect for our stay. Clean room and good breakfast

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection. There’s a coffee machine that you can get free drinks any time. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, they would even send your postcard for free! The hotel was really quiet even it’s at such a central location. Really impressed with our stay. The only down side is that there are a few steps at the entrance and the lift is a bit small but very good value!

Everything was nearby. Only negative was don’t have a room facing street. Very noisy to very late in evening. Great location.

Rent, stille, gode rom

Hotel cumpre o que promete pelo valor. Quarto de um tamanho ok, limpo e quentinho (fomos no inverno). O ponto alto pra nós foi a área com água, café e chá liberados 24h. Salvou nossas noites e manhãs antes de sair pra passear e ao chegarmos gelados no hotel.

Meget lille værelse, utætte vinduer. Udsigt til ulækker baggård, Meget larm, og elendig morgen buffet med for gammel mad og frugt fluer

Room was good, close to everything, facilities good, the only thing that let it down was the low pressure of water from the shower.

Lovely spacious clean room. Basic but every we needed. Staff Lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. The free tea and coffee was a lovely touch. It was my 50th birthday and a great time celebrating with friends 😌
