역에서 아주 가깝고 위치에 비해 가격이 좋았습니다. 방마다 디자인 컨셉이 다르니 방에 놓인 책자를 잘 읽어보세요. 방이 약간 좁긴 했지만 욕실은 넓고 쾌적하였습니다. 에어컨도 잘 작동했습니다. 방바닥 청소 상태가 약간 미흡해보이긴 했지만 큰 문제가 될 수준은 아니었습니다. 리셉션 직원은 아주 친절했습니다.

일찍 도착해서 짐 보관을 요청했는데 굉장히 친절하게 안내해주고, 화장실 이용도 도와줬습니다. 리셉션 데스크도 굉장히 친절하고 젠틀했습니다. 다만 엘리베이터에서 내려서 반층 올라가야 하는게 조금 힘들었지만 위치도 너무 좋았고 친절한 서비스 및 깨끗한 방에 기분 좋은 숙박이었습니다.

The entrance on Damrak is a little obscure, and walking down the narrow hallway behind a coffee shop left us unsure of what to expect—but once inside, the experience was a pleasant surprise. We met three different staff members during our stay and all were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was small, with the bed running wall to wall, so there was no space to walk around it—one of us had to climb over the bed to reach the other side. However, the bed was extremely comfortable, very clean, and well supplied with fresh linen and pillows. A big plus was that the window could be opened, which helped with the stuffy hotel rooms we encountered elsewhere in Europe during winter. The bathroom was compact and basic but exceptionally clean, fully functional, and the shower was excellent. Shampoo/body wash was provided, and we were amused to find the hairdryer stored in the safe. The location is outstanding—around a five-minute walk from Centraal Station and within easy walking distance of everything we needed for our two-day stay. With a late flight, we were offered a free midday checkout or 1:30 pm for 20% of the nightly rate (about AUD$33), which was well worth it. Secure luggage storage was also available for as long as needed. The hotel spans two buildings, making access a bit of a maze, with small lifts typical of older European buildings. Overall, excellent value for such a central location in a major European city.

Good for one night stay. Great location. If not needing to be in the centre would stay at further awsy and get better value.

Nice staff. Poor rooms. Poor decorations. Super small rooms. Bed made upside down.

The room was ridiculously small. The head and foot of the bed touched their respective walls. With two people sleeping in a king size bed, one of had to crawl over the other to go to the bathroom. Otherwise, it was fine. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The location is fabulous. Oh, and we looked in another room that was not small like ours. Did we get unlucky, or did they not tell us that the room was so small?

Clean rooms, great location, absolutely lovely staff

I would have had a far more sanitary practice, better service, and overall better experience while in jail. Before diving into my full review, upon entering my room there was multiple small (.5-2cm) blood stains on the bed sheets and comforter. This alone was enough to persuade me not to stay the night, but this was far from my only concern. The hotel is well placed in Amsterdam and the staff are generally helpful, but there are a number of other issues that detract from the stay. The room is lower end of acceptable but shows HEAVY signs of wear: extremely outdated (passed off as ‘stylistic’ but in reality is just entirely worn down and near useless), fixtures that squeak so loud it could be heard multiple stories down, or don’t function at all. Noise/sound proofing is a joke. The bed is fine, though it feels like a spring loaded jack in the box. There was quite a lot of lint and unidentifiable materials spread throughout. The entire bed inspection was done prior to touching anything, as is typically done upon entering a new room. There was multiple small (0.5-2cm) blood stains on the bed sheets and comforter. This booking is the type of booking that makes you read every tiny detail of every booking you make anywhere going forward. If you are in Amsterdam for a short stay, plan to spend most of your time outside the room. I want to pretend this place was serviceable enough, but all the small issues stacking with extreme issues makes this impossible

Good location but rooms are a bit quirky. Stayed in 305 and the table very close to the bed which makes walking around the room little challenging. Everytime I walked, my legs hit the big quirky iron table and it was painful.

The rooms are very dated and rather small.. Staff is excellent and helpful. Location is excellent Would recommend this hotel for a short stay

The hotel is in a great location — very convenient and walkable, with easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience pleasant overall. However, the room itself didn’t quite match the photos online. It’s advertised as a tribute to fashion, but in reality, it looked more like someone just threw a few decorative straps together. The essentials were there, but the bathroom was much smaller than expected, and I actually had to duck to shower. If you’re prioritizing location and service, it’s a solid choice. Just don’t expect the room to look quite like the pictures.
