호텔 워싱턴

호텔이 굉장히 오래되고 방음도 안됨 와이파이는 따로 추가요금을 내야하고 엘리베이터가 없는데 계단이 매우 가파르고 좁습니다 짐을 가지고 이동하기가 매우 불편합니다 저희는 4층을 사용했는데 옥탑방같은 구조로 방을 사용하기 불편했으며 커피포트는 매우 더러워서 사용할수 없었습니다 욕실또한 공용욕실인데 1평도 되지 않고 물또한 잘 나오지 않았습니다.

Except bringing my luggage to the room on the 5th floor, everything was perfect, compared with the price.

암스테르담의 여타 호텔에 비해 저렴하고 잘 갖춰진 호텔이었습니다. 다만, 객실이 조금 춥게 느껴졌습니다.

매우 친절하고 위치도 좋지만, 나는 다시는 머물고 싶지 않음.... 성수기라 비싸지만 화장실도 같이쓰고 (4층방들은), 엘리베이터도 없어 짐이 무거울 경우 본인이 직접 옮겨야 할 수도....

Getting our luggage up and down the stairs was very challenging.

Spartan room in an historic building. Old world charm, but could do with new carpet in the public spaces. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good: both hot and cold food options. Location is near the most popular museums.

First impressions great, if your on 3rd floor very steep narrow steps on worn carpet - an accident waiting to happen Rooms very small but comfortable, no tea making in room (charge to use on ground floor). Breakfast on a schedue are delicious Bond which may take up to 7 days for refund. Staff were helpful and moved me to 2nd floor.

Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Building is old and no lift. Room and bathroom were clean.

This bad review is solely on the basis of the single room (#36). Upon arrival at 22:30, 30 mins before the last check-in, I asked about upgrading as I seen a double room online that wasn't there earlier that day while booking and was only €64, €12 more than paid. I was told it was €64 to upgrade. So took the room I booked. Walked up 3 steep flights of stairs to the room which to be fair was clean. The bed is a single but it is short and to make matters worse comes with a wooden shelf at the feet taking a further couple of inches off the length. I'm 177 and I couldn't extend my legs and had to curl to fit. The pillow takes up half the bed and is super high and firm. At 1am after being unable to sleep and getting a crooked neck with the pillow, went to reception to ask (as instructed by the earlier receptionist they're available all night) and told no other pillows. Basically getting the spare winter scratchy sheet and wrapping in the useless pillowcase to get some kind of pillow was the best could do. The radiator in the room was off but the heat blasting through the hotel was like a sauna and impossible to sleep in. Opened the windows and extremely noisy especially come morning when construction work starts. So unless you like to sleep in a sauna, are under 170cm, and can sleep through an earthquake and don't mind high pillows, suggest finding another room

Having stayed at numerous hotels throughout Europe - and having experienced many dubious places - Hotel Washington in Amsterdam turned out to be an extreeme all-time-low. The breakfast was downwright catastrophic, loaded with the worst types of bread, juice, sausages, not to mention the juice and coffee. An absolute disaster. And when we tried to get off the hook in terms of paid breakfast, the rude persons in the reception refused to refund us. So unfortunately we found ourselves being almost forced to endure the breakfast - and the verbally harsh assaults be the personnel. I wouldn't even recommend Hotel Washington to my worst enemy. S U C H A B A D E X P E R I E N C E !

I booked this room last minute after having to leave the another accommodation and it was perfect! It was in a wonderful, quiet location, offering a nice place to rest at the end of the day.

Really good location. The staff were friendly. Rental bikes were in good shape. The rooms aren’t super clean, but good stay for the price.

Väldigt centralt och tillgängligt

Aamiaisella olisi voinut olla tarjolla myös ruisleipää (vaikka ruisnäkkileipää) ja enemmän syötävää kasvissyöjälle (esim. vihreitä papuja). Nyt aamiaisen hinta oli liian korkea, kun valtaosa jäi syömättä (nakit, lihapyörykät, lihapohjaiset leikkeleet). Makeaa tarjottavaa oli turhan paljon.

Habitación estaba bien, pero el baño olía muy muy mal, no había jabón en el baño , y la regadera súper pequeña, en general el único tema fue el bao que no olía nada bien y estaba pequeño y no limpio

The staff was so helpful and friendly.

El hotel es una típica casa de amsterdam remodelada en hotel. Nuestra habitación estaba en el cuarto piso, sin ascensor y con esas escaleras típicas de estás casas súper empinadas (y peligrosas). Cada vez que nos duchabamos el agua se salía por el baño y teníamos que usar mas toallas para que no llegara al dormitorio. El hotel está al lado de la plaza de los museos por lo que prácticamente está muy cerca de todo el centro. A pesar de todas estas cosas, volvería a éste hotel por la relación calidad/precio.
