메 호텔 암스테르담

무엇보다 조용한 곳에 위치해서 좋았고 요청 사항에 대한 호텔측의 대응 방식이 좋았어요.

일단 중심가에서 조금 떨어져있지만, 호텔 자체만으로 봤을 때, 매우 청결하고 만족스러움. 조식은 조금 아쉽지만 맛은 좋음.

내 집 같은 편안함 친절한 직원들 서비스 모두 민족스러운 호텔이었습니다^^ 이 호텔에서의 생활은 암스테르담의 행복한 기억으로 남을거 같아요. 나중에 암스테르담에 또 머무를수 있다면 저는 또 이 호텔을 선택할것입니다. Abdo 를 비롯한 모든 직원들 감사합니다

Hotel vibe and ambience was 10/10

The accommodation is good with optimal air conditioning, and always clean. Limited to pizza for evening meals and that was disappointing given it’s not close to restaurants and you would have to go into the city centre. Otherwise all the staff are lovely and very helpful.

Highly recommend MET, it’s got a chic vibe overall with helpful and friendly staffs. Hotel offers 24/7 pizza service. I would definitely stay again!

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with great tech features for convenience. There was no chair in the room or shelf in the shower so a little pain if I just wanted to sit somewhere other than the bed and having to put toiletries on floor to use in shower. Not conveniently located to central Amsterdam but public transport or uber or walking address this.

Alles war super, nur vielleicht ein Minikühlschrank wäre noch toll gewesen im Zimmer. Frühstück war besonders toll.

We had a perfect stay at the Met hotel. The rooms were spotless with great amenities, and the staff were lovely and very helpful. It is a bit far out from the city centre, but we actually really enjoyed getting the tram or the metro into the centre each morning - there's a station very close to the hotel. If we come back to Amsterdam we will definitely be returning here :)

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. Housekeeping broke the door in my room and initially blamed me for the damage. However, there was clear video evidence showing that the housekeeper caused the damage themselves. Despite this, the situation was handled poorly and without any accountability. The manager on site was also very unprofessional and rude. He repeatedly complained about having to be there from 7pm to midnigh on a sunday? My problem? I dont think so which is completely inappropriate behaviour when dealing with guests. His attitude made an already stressful situation much worse. I was also wrongly accused of smoking in the room due to ash found on the side, which was not mine. Making accusations without proper investigation is unacceptable and unprofessional To make matters worse, the air conditioning did not work in any of the rooms. Even though the manager insisted it was working, it clearly was not, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, this was a terrible experience caused by poor staff conduct, false accusations, and lack of basic room functionality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest avoiding it at all costs.

Clean and beautiful room, loved the layout. Great for solo travelers, especially female. The staff was very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend this hotel. One train stop from the airport and nice bus ride to Centraal Station.

Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer waren schön und sauber und ruhig. Frühstück war auch sehr gut.
