I do not have the names, but reception was wonderful and the bell hop superb. Overall a wonderful experience for a very tired traveler. The room was clean and beautiful with a fantastic view of the harbor. Will stay again on my next visit.

We had a nice stay at the Mövenpick Hotel as a family of 3. We especially appreciated the breakfast buffet every morning with lots of yummy options for kids and adults. It felt a little overly crowded a few mornings with the river cruise crowds, but it was managed well. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is ideal for access to the city and central transportation hub.

Quiero felicitar a todos los empleados del hotel , tuvimos una estancia muy agradable es excelente el trabajo y servicio que todos ofrecen . Solucionan todo de manera inmediata, con una muy buen actitud te hacen sentir agusto y la vista desde nuestra habitación era maravillosa . La comida del restaurante es muy rica y a buen precio así como el buffet. Felicidades , continúen con esa calidad 10 para todos .

Wir waren eine Woche mit Freunden in Amsterdam und fanden die Lage des Hotels super. Zum Zentrum musste man zwar immer ein ganzes Stück laufen, das hat uns aber nichts ausgemacht. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und großzügig und wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf das Wasser. Das Frühstück war großartig! Es gab sooooo ein riesengroßes Buffet, dass man gar nicht alle Leckereien probieren konnte. Unser Auto konnten wir direkt unter dem Hotel in einer Parkgarage abstellen und unsere mitgebrachten Fahrräder konnten wir auch in einem eigenen Bereich in dieser Garage anschließen.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Excellent breakfast. However we found the front desk staff to be both aloof and dismissive. My husband asked a question, and was told by the young man that he was “very busy” and brushed him off. Sorry but when you are in the hospitality business, you are to be hospitable. The reason you are busy is because you have customers!

Great hotel with views from our room over the river. Easy parking underground at a discounted rate for guests. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. Tram station across the road and just one stop away from the Central Station - a perfect base for our one night stay.

Hotel is very convenient to the cruise ship terminal and Central Station. Morning breakfast buffet was perfect and dinner menu offered a good selection. I liked the option to opt out of daily maid service in exchange for planting a tree. Only problem we had was trying to get a sheet and blanket to use on the sofa/daybed. My husband was in a serious accident prior to our trip sustaining numerous broken ribs and back injury. The bed was too soft so he wanted to sleep on the daybed. There was an additional 75 euros charge for linens for the sofa/daybed since it would be considered a third person in the room. (!?!?) We created our own solution...

Its a great location especially if going iut in a celebrity cruise or river cruise. They are literally docked right behind and the terminal is right next door. The staff was great my only complaint is that the beds are really hard and may need to ask for additional padding.
