The room was big and clean, staff super helpful.

Nice hotel. The room was excellent. There was a long bench in room, we can sit and relax there. The staff was friendly. Breakfast quite good. Location was quite good. However, there was 1 reception staff, we want to get reffill the mineral water, he said its just for check-in guest. Or you can buy at vending machine, he said. At the second night they gave us the refill, why in the last night the reception said like that. They said if we consume a tea, coffee, mineral water, everyday they will refill it.

The room is so modern, there is a long bench. We can relax there. The breakfast is good. There are several variations of food. But sometimes the housekeeping always forget to empty the trash. But one thing that I feel disappointed about, on the third night, when we ran out the mineral water, I asked the reception to get the refill for today. Because when housekeeping cleaned my room they didn't refill my water. But he said it's just for checking in guests. If you need more, you can buy it at a vending machine. Oh my God. That staff, which is I don't know who, I feel surprised that his answer was like that. Because, on the second day, we get a refill of water. But the next day they didn't want to give it. I know in Amsterdam tap water is drinkable, but mineral water is part of your service. You cannot answer your guest like that.
