방이 너무 좁고 추웠다. 방에서 담배 냄새가 너무 심하게 났다. 호텔 복도 주변이 너무 소란스러웠다.

Great breakfast, wonderful location

beautiful large room and bathroom, excellent (but expensive) breakfast, lively surroundings with easy walking access to many tourist attractions and restaurants, very friendly and helpful staff. Only downside: rooms facing the square seem to have no soundproofing; Irish drinking songs every night to 4 a.m. led to little sleep. Ask for a back room.

Le hotel en general es lindo... antiguo, pero se percibe que lo cuidan y mantienen al día y limpio. Tuvimos dos detalle únicamente con la estancia: 1. El hotel sí cuenta con elevadores (2), pero para acceder a ciertas habitaciones, dentro del mismo nivel, tiene uno que subir y bajar escaleras (son como desniveles, pero son 4-5 escalones por desnivel, además que los peldaños son muy chiquitos, apenas cabe un pie en ellos, los tiene uno que bajar de lado) por lo que, si viajas con personas en accesibilidad limitada, silla de ruedas o mucho equipaje pesado (como fue nuestro caso) no diría que este sea le mejor hotel para ello. 2. Nuestra habitación la encontramos limpia, en terminos generales, olia bien y estaba recogida, a excepción que había papeles sucios en el bote de basura, como si no hubieran cambiado la bolsa de basura la momento de hacer la limpieza. La situación que tuvimos fue que, al momento de destapar el duvet en la noche para taparnos al dormir, encontramos varias manchas en el duvet por la parte interior, lo que nos da a entender que tampoco cambiar la funda de duvet, concluimos probablemente el área de limpieza solo tendió la cama pero no cambió los blancos, lo reportamos y amablemente fueron a cambiar todo pero con nosotros ya en la habitación, por esta razón muy probablemente no nos quedaríamos en este hotel de nuevo.

Muy buena ubicacion

Spacious room. Nice rainfall showerhead. Good coffee machine. The bed was too firm and there wasn't enough tables or hooks to set things on. We ended up putting items on the floor

Great location to explore the city by foot. Room , staff amazing.great size. Nice bar!

Charming experience

Excelente servicio, ubicación y atención

We stayed here a whole week and would happily recommend it. The hotel staff were great: professional and friendly. Breakfast is a buffet of hot food (scrambled eggs, beans, sausages, baked tomatoes) and cold food like cheeses, cold meats and salads. Our room was large, spacious, and came with a small coffee machine. The bathroom was very clean, the shower unit was spacious, the water was always hot and strong. The room overlooked one of the main squares in the city, hence a great location with dozens of restaurants to choose from, but also it was noisy typically until 5am. They provide earplugs if you want, or we player white noise on our phone which did the trick. If you forego room cleaning, they give you a free drink at the bar, where you can sit out overlooking the square. But the bar closes early at 10pm.

Well located with a tram stop just outside the door that goes to Central Station and Dam Square. Amazing selection of restaurants in the immediate area. Cozy bar with a lovely bartender named Lauren. Bathroom was modern with terrific water pressure and loads of hot water. Would definitely recommend this property.

Public transport was really near and also Central Station, was a nice place to stay since have a lot of places walking distance to eat, shop, and to look around

Great central place to stay. The room was clean. A bit small but to be expected. No dresser which was tricky but staff was amazing and breakfast was great.

The bathroom was in dire need of redecorating and very small. The bedroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The location was good but it was very noisy at night which I expected as my room looked out onto the square and the bars. The staff at the desk seemed inexperienced. The room was not cleaned on my second day. No explanation just handed me extra towels. Bar staff were excellent.

Muy bien localizada entre muchos restaurantes y bares en un area un poco bulliciosa; el hotel es un poco viejito, todo funciona pero no se siente un hotel nuevo. Cuidan al medio ambiente eso si y tienen un programa de rewards relacionado a eso

Room service was terrible. We would leave the hotel between 7-8am each morning and return around 4-5pm and our room still had not been cleaned. They offered us 2 drink coupons, which could only be used for a house wine and few types of beer.. the restaurant that was previously part of the hotel had closed and no food service was available.

Great location. Easy public transportation right in front of the hotel. Buzzling dining & shopping options in the surrounding area. The room itself is very clean and well laid out for its small size. Our bed mattresses are firm and comfortable. We have absolutely no trouble falling asleep on our first night. Bathroom is spacious and well supplied. We opt out of daily room service and get drink coupons instead. The front desk also supplies one free water bottle per day. Helpful staff at both front desk and dining area. We arrived 1 hour early and they still let me check in our room. We will definitely return to this place.

Our room preference booked wasn’t available on arrival however, we were moved to our booked room the following day by very polite & professional staff. The hotel in general is excellent and the location is perfect!
