리셉션에서 웰컴과 따뜻한 친절함에 편안한 시간 보냈어요. 위치적으로 최적이고, 호텔 앞에 차도가 없어 좋기도 하지만 짐을 옮길 때는 아주 조금 번거롭긴해요. 그래도 지내는 내내 편안하게 이동했습니다. 도시세가 비싼 걸 감안해 미니바의 간식이 모두 무료에요. 여러가지로 신경 많이 쓴 호텔이에요.

A lovely little gem of a hotel right in the heart of Amsterdam. The room was like a neutral colored jewel box. So pretty and comfortable.

Excellent hotel central to most activities/sights/shops in Amsterdam. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go within 10-20 minutes. There's a team stop beside the hotel but beware: there isn't an easy spot to park if taking uber or taxi. They will drop off/pick up about a block away. The room we stayed in (circle city room) had a comfortable amount of space for two people. Don't choose this room if you need quiet - the music from the nearby restaurants/bars can be heard but we weren't bothered by it as we were exhausted and the bed & duvet were fantastic. The bathroom is big and very clean. Towels are plush. The only miss was that there wasn't a place to hang our towels: no hooks nor bars. Staff at the hotel and Heineken Hoek Grand Cafe are friendly and really made our two night stay very pleasant. You get tokens for free drinks at the restaurant. Mini bar is free and stocked daily. They stored our luggage before check in and after check out which was very helpful. Would stay here again.

Excellent location, clean, with thought through interior

Excellent location and quiet. The staff were friendly and our room was very clean. Breakfast is served in the restaurant next door and is available until noon. Staying at the Diamond made our trip to Amsterdam memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Room is VERY small. For a couple with 2 large bags and 2 carryons it is almost impossible to find a place to put them. Bed and bath are okay. WORST: Our room was broken into when we were at breakfast. Know the door was locked. The thief took our credit cards and charged over $15,000. We did not discover the theft until after we checked out and left the area. We spent hours calling banks in the US to dispute these fraudulent charges. We notified the hotel staff who assured us they would research this theft. We never heard anything back! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great stay!

The rooms are more nice to look at than they are practical. Helpful and understanding staff. Great location with the tram stops right outside and busy nightlife and restaurants while still being quiet in the rooms. The movie iHostage takes place across the street.

This hotel is wonderful, and the staff very helpful (especially the Swedish woman), but when the basic is not met, then all the fancy falls short. The WiFi in room 312 was terrible the whole weekend, and since the mobile reception was poor to, then you are left without being able to check your tour bookings or update yourself on news. That’s just not good enough. They reset the WiFi router, but it’s the signal that is the problem. If the WiFi would have worked properly, is not protected by any password either. Further more, the room was connected to another room by a normal door. Hence it made it way too easy to hear conversations and nightly activities from the other room, and vice versa. So not good for privacy if that is important.

You should be mindful that there is a tram that takes you to the hotel from the Central Station BUT UBERS do not go or pick up right near the hotel. it is about a 5-10 minute walk to the uber pick up.

Great decor, very clean; a perfect place for a short weekend.

Aside from the advertised steakhouse which is no longer in business, the hotel and grand cafe were great. There are

The location of the hotel is good but very very noisy i told them at the reception i made them hear the video that I recorded none cares I decided to leave the hotel and book another one wast of money I don’t recommend this to anyone rooms r like prison and noisy
