Easy check in check out. Loved the hotel

We have stayed at this property a few times before and were looking forward to the 3-day break. We asked for a quiet room away from lifts and stairs and we hoped that we would be on the 3rd or 4th floor where we had stayed before. Sadly we were given a room with disabled facilities on the first floor and the closest room to the lift. We did have an oceanview , but interrupted by the cars parking in front and people being able to look into the low floor room. We also asked at reception for a trim milk but received a full cream milk - small things, but nonetheless disappointing. Next visit to Dunedin we will look for alternative accommodation

We loved the view - it was amazing. The unit was very nice, the only thing was blocked sink in the bathroom which we discovered as soon as we came. It looked terrible, we couldn’t use it. We told the stuff, but they were not very helpful, nothing was done about it. We had to stay with blocked sink with 2 small kids, very inconvenient.

Perfect location, surrounded by great cafés and bars. Easy walk to Long Dog Cafe for superb cakes and lunch, and Esplanade Restaurant for fresh pizza. Hotel has its own secure parking underneath (need to give rego when you checkin) which is handy as it is busy around the bars and parking can be difficult in the street. Staff are attentive and duper friendly, and rooms clean, modern, and include fridge, kettle and microwave. Milk on arrival. Highly recommend staying here.

Definitely NOT the best room at this hotel. I have stayed there many times in much nicer rooms. Probably my own fault for booking by price and not checking all types of rooms available.

Love the location, views, close to many beautiful restaurants, cafes, beach , and hot pools in summer, love the under floor heating too . Parking is convenient in the basement.

What a wonderful stay in Dunedin! From the moment I arrived, the property had everything I could have wanted — nothing was missing. The location is absolutely perfect. Waking up to a stunning ocean view from the balcony was a real highlight, and stepping out for a morning/afternoon walk along the beach couldn't have been easier. It's also great to have coffee spots at both ends of the street — a lovely bonus whether you're heading out for the day or winding down in the evening. Great Italian restaurant close by - highly recommended. But the standout for me? The bath. After a busy day, sinking into a deep soak with the gorgeous bath salts provided was pure bliss. It's a small touch that made a big difference and really set this place apart. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dunedin. It ticks every box — location, views, and those wonderful little extras that make a stay truly memorable.

Very dated.

Lovely clean hotel with great views of the moon and sunrise from our ocean view room. Parking was easy. Took us a few attempts to get into the hotel from the carpark as the door latch seem to catch a little. Room was clean and well appointed with a comfy bed. TV took a while to respond and it took me a while to realise I needed to wait for it. Great amenities in the shower, though someone had already opened and used the bath salts that were provided. Great water pressure. Unfortunately the shower doesn't have a lip around it and the entire bathroom floor was soaked as water went everywhere. Really friendly and pleasant staff. Will definitely stay here again.

We had full clear views overlooking the ocean from our room. The scenery was beautiful,.So relaxing watching people surfing and enjoying the beach and local area. Eateries were within easy walking distance. Highly recommend Salt Bar and restaurant. Our room was very clean, well stocked and easily accessed from the garage parking via a lift. Our favourite place of accommodation so far on our trip. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thank you.
