침실과 거실이 분리되어 있어서 아이둘과 함께한 여행이었는데도 취침시간에 아이들과 분리가능한 시간을 보낼수 있었다. 침실과 거실에 티비가 따로있고 세탁기도 세제와 함께 구비되어 있었다. 청소도 나이스. 일주일 머무는 사이 하루가 청소부실로 매니저를 콜했는데 매니저의 대응이 우왕좌왕하긴 했으나, 스탭들이 모두 열정을 가지고 일하는모습이 보기좋았다. 와카티푸호수가 약간 높은곳에서 보이는 위치라 전망이 아주 좋았고, 선착장으로 가는 길 또한 매우 가까웠다. 단, 호수전망이 아니라면 약간 아쉬울듯.

Stylish, cozy, hotel. Had one bedroom suite for 3 nights. Great decor! Loved it. Very comfy. Walking into reception with fire place and cozy seats felt just like Europe as name suggest. Well set out. Definite wow factor for me. So close to town centre. Walked there in 2 mins. Nice view from bar and restaurant. Small gym and laundry. Would definitely be top of my list next time in QT. Minor issues not deal breaker. All good from my prespective.

Excellent location and beautiful hotel! Walk to everything Queenstown has to offer, close to all the bars, restaurants and activities. The hotel has a lovely restaurant, breakfast was great, open fire in the lounge/lobby and awesome hot tub outside.

This was our second stay at Hotel St. Moritz. All of the staff are excellent - everyone from the front desk to the bartenders to the folks in the dining room. The Alpine Suite had plenty of room for 3 of us. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and is in walking distance of the main shopping & dining of Queenstown. The staff is wonderful and was very helpful with a tv glitch in our room and with parking.
