왠만하면 후기 안남기는데 여긴 정말 기대 이하였어요. VIP access 관련 서비스는 하나도 준비되어 있지 않있고 헤어드라이기도 없었어요. 호텔 프론트에는 견습생한명이 우왕좌왕 하고 있구요. 너무 당황스럽고 응대도 이해되지 않아 지불한 금액에도 그냥 체크아웃했네요 가격 고려해도 다시 방문하고 싶진 않았습니다.

Si sa situation est convenable car pas trop loin de toutes les commodités, plusieurs éléments négatifs font que je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel. D’abord, notre chambre était infesté de fourmis, car pas nettoyée comme il faut. Il y’en avait partout. On a donc demandé à changer de chambre, surtout que nous séjournions pour 5 nuits. On a été surclassé sans frais supplémentaires (il n’y avait pas d’autres chambre de libre pour 5 nuits) Le dernier jour nous avons décidé de prendre le buffet du petit déjeuner. C’est beaucoup trop cher , 57 dollars NZD pour un buffet réduit au strict minimum, et surtout sans café. On a du payer 13 dollars de plus pour un café et un cappuccino. Sans compter que le serveur nous a réclamé 3 dollars de plus parce qu’il ne nous avait pas compté le buffet !!! Par comparaison, nous avions séjourné au début de notre voyage, au The Grand by Skycity, le buffet pour deux était deux fois moins cher et d’un niveau qualitatif digne d’un 5 étoiles. Enfin, la cerise (pourrie) sur le gâteau (pourri), l’hôtel qui m’avait confirmé, à notre départ, n’avoir rien à payé, puisque tout était déjà réglé, m’a prélevé une deuxième fois le montant du séjour, m’obligeant à saisir hotels.com pour contester et à faire opposition auprès de ma compagnie bancaire !!! On ne retournera jamais dans cet hôtel, je préfère autant aller dans un motel !

This is located close to southern motorway but is quiet and safe

Only one of the staff (men who checked me in) was nice the rest was awful to deal with. If you hate your job or can’t be bothered you should change. Lady I dealt with when I dropped off my bags was should change careers. Other than that the room is fine and has most things I needed, hot buffet breakfast was a bit cold so not great.

Zero after hours service. Room not serviced and no clean towels even on request as no service after hours. Tea and coffee not topped up. Milk was expired.

We stayed closer to the airport and away from the main city center but it was just a short 20 min drive to city center unless you hit rush hour traffic. Beautiful country.

We booked rooms at this property in February. When we arrived we found the property closed due to ongoing and extensive maintenance work. We had to scramble and book another property. Tradespeople working on the site said that we weren't the only guests to have a booking when the property was closed. I have just received an e-mail to review my stay in March. I will be checking my credit card to make sure that I haven't been charged. Wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. The effort and stress involved was unacceptable and we didn't even stay.

I have never been asked for photo ID to confirm an email booking made in New Zealand. Do they think random people turn up at the hotel and already know the name of a guest and dont worry that their fraud will be found out when the real person turns up ? Also, no Sky sport or movie channels were working for three days. You cannot tell me that it was a Sky problem and nothing could be done about it when one of the days is Friday. In 2025, having the advertised Sky channels not working for three days is just like not having a toilet in the room that works !! Avoid this hotel like the plaque.

The staff where very helpful and knowledgeable I would recommend your hotel to other friends and family.

Cancelled my booking 20h before coming i booked a few months ago. Im do sD, upset and disappointed.

The hotel canceled our reservation on the day of our stay. We had booked the room in July 2024. I assume the hotel overbooked and prioritized a group or individuals who likely paid a higher rate, bumping us and another couple who had also booked a room there. We stayed nearby and saw that the hotel was fully operational—not under renovation or affected by any emergency—so the cancellation made no sense. It was a terrible experience, and I hope you won’t have to go through the same if you decide to book with this hotel.

This hotel cancelled my booking at the absolute last possible moment, leaving me stranded in Auckland without a hotel after 5pm, which made it very hard to find a new accommodation. The hotel cited a water leak. Based on other online reviews, they've clearly been having water leaks for several months. And have routinely had to close the entire hotel. Wildly unacceptable.

Parking is not included

The property got shutdown due to an issue but we did not get that notification. The Hotel only sent an email through Expedia around 2:30 in the afternoon, when we are travelling from Queenstown to Auckland, and that email went to junk Mail. We went to the hotel at 10:30 PM and found that the hotel is closed. We had to call the helpdesk throguh the intercom and we came to know that our reservation was moved to a downtown hotel, which is 20 Km away. .We had to drive to the new hotel at that time and there is no one to check in there. We had to retrieve the key from a lock box. No directions on where to park. Terrible communication and wont recommend this property.

Excellent location

I was turned away when checking in because the hotel had a flooding issue on the day of my arrival, so they were closed. The manager instructed me to cancel my reservation in the app, because their alternative properties were not convenient for my travel plans, and they would waive the cancellation policy. I'm currently being told by hotels.com that the hotel is sticking to the cancellation policy and won't give me my refund for the 2 rooms I had booked. The hotel was shut down and I couldn't even stay!

Very convenient when working in South Auckland. Plenty of free parking, great restaurant, modern clean rooms

Nice location, close to airport and easy access to highways and sites. Clean and easy access to in house restaurant and other restaurants nearby.
