왠만하면 후기 안남기는데 여긴 정말 기대 이하였어요. VIP access 관련 서비스는 하나도 준비되어 있지 않있고 헤어드라이기도 없었어요. 호텔 프론트에는 견습생한명이 우왕좌왕 하고 있구요. 너무 당황스럽고 응대도 이해되지 않아 지불한 금액에도 그냥 체크아웃했네요 가격 고려해도 다시 방문하고 싶진 않았습니다.

I've been worried about the sound of the fans going all night.

Rooms were ok, bathroom door was a bit of a pain if you were on the toilet, beds clean and comfortable.

Room smelt funny and VERY noisy!!! Also mouldy cabinet food in the restaurant, had to wait 20 minutes at check in - busy time but no extra staff on! Silly things but could be easily fixed!

Although most of the staff have been helpful some staff come across as they don’t want to be there and are very unwilling to help not very friendly which dampens the mood when you need them for certain things. The location on the main road is odd and can be noisy in the weekends with partygoers and car racers but overall not bad. The kitchen is very small and all the taps water pressure is odd sprays everywhere. But still a nice place for a stay

hotel average , stayed 3 days had to ask hotel to make up room and empty bins on 2nd day as they hadn't done it on the 1st day

Very clean and good space, even a washing machine and dryer, kitchenette with microwave and hob. Reasonably quiet, considering it was in Manukau, so pretty busy area. Handy to shops, event centre, Rainbows End.

Overall very good. An electrician cane to the apartment to fix lights in one room which was slightly annoying.

Air conditioner wasn’t working when I first checked into room. The room was then switched to another same thing.

Slow check in. Limited staff. Room a bit noisey as an event centre was next door. Gym poor.

It was difficult to find the entry of the front door. Waited for long period of time for the call centre to help on intercom just for the female worker to respond as if we knew where to go. Back door essentially looks like main entrance from Great South Rd. Shower still had mold, scuff marks on door and walls and unvacummed behind furniture. As we checked in late we couldnt get extra things as noone is on 24/7. This was very inconvenient. Bad service. Signs and website says reception open until 10pm but it is not!!! The worst was we were put in a room by the road and it was sooo noisy music blaring throughout the night First time staying at Ramada and it has been the worst experience
