Very central, easy access to everything, bedrooms and baths are outdated

Staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. The air conditioning worked quite well despite the odd noise once in awhile. The hotel itself requires a bit of updating but it is close to many attractions León has to offer.

The common areas were very nice-airy, decorated, attractive and inviting. I wasn’t so impressed with our guest room- it was way too small for the 3 beds , one low watt ceiling light just wasn’t enough and the only plug in the room gave us a choice of recharging o r using Cpap machines. The breakfast was pretty good.

Plancher semble beau à vue d'oeil mais salle lorsque testé avec serviette de chambre car mes pied devenais salle souvent. Piscine devais la nettoyer. Commençais à devenir salle. Sinon le déjeuner très bien. Sont là pour t'aider. Réception tjrs présent pour ouvrir la porte. L'endroit reste quand même beau.

The front desk welcome and check in went well. The air conditioning didn’t work in the first room we got. The young guy at the front desk spoke English well and was very helpful and found us another room. The air worked well and it had a fan. When we tried to increase the fan speed, it wobbled a lot so we kept it at the low speed. The rooms were not very clean with spider webs. The bedding was clean, but the bed was not that comfortable. The shower pressure was good, but the bathroom tap had almost no pressure. Nice decor but just needs some attention to make it a really nice place. The breakfast which was included was good.

This hotel is a wonderful find! The courtyard is absolutely incredible—it's a beautiful and peaceful space that makes the entire hotel feel so cozy and inviting. The rooms were decent and very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus. We were also so impressed with the staff; everyone was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Our only minor wish is that the hotel had a more robust bar and restaurant. While the current offerings are fine, a more extensive menu and bar would really complete the experience. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its charm, friendly staff, and amazing courtyard. We'd definitely return.

Central in Leon, close to ViaVia to organise volcano tours. A lot of restaurants around. Room is basic bit has everything I needed

Good location close to cental plaza, central market/local buses with lots of dining options within seven blocks. The hotel had air conditioning and hot water in shower. Room was clean but swimming pool was not. Staff was helpful.

I have what I paid But I think it doesn't need to be a super expensive place to be clean and well maintained Bathroom 1 star The 5 stars only is for quite place and walkable to downtown
