Room was clean and the staff was courteous but I wish they would’ve included a bedside lamp.

The Breakfast was good they only have two types of breakfast when is included in the room it was good. The air conditioning was perfect specially with the heat it cool the room fast. The only thing there was no hot water and they should change the shower head not much water comes out.

I booked a 3 day stay and requested to move my days and the staff made the accommodation but I then had an emergency and needed to change and the staff was so unpleasant as if they did not want to help me at all or even refund me the days I did not stay there. I lost 2 days of my money and I will never return to the hotel.

Worst hotel I have had in Granada. Been coming to Granada for the last 15 years and this is the worst. No hot water. No TV. And they charge like they were a 5 star hotel. NEVER AGAIN.

Me gusto mucho la amabilidad del personal y aunque se parquee afuera hay quien lo cuide! Las habitaciones limpias y cómodas.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff! Room and bathroom need a little help with cleanliness but I would stay there again!

Great hotel in the middle of the city, the pool was really nice too as I went during the summer and needed it from long walks into town. Room. Had cold AC which was nice too. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel organizes events which was great. Definitely recommend!

Hotel is on a good location, nothing extraordinary, is ok for the money.

Great place to stay while in Granada. It sits in front of the main plaza with plenty of amenities around the hotel. Excellente hotel

C'est la deuxième fois que nous logeons à cet endroit. Nous avons pris une suite premium et celle-ci était tout simplement incroyable ! Nous avions 2 balcons et un petit salon séparé de la chambre ! De plus, la climatisation fonctionne extrêmement bien ! Le personnel est incroyablement chaleureux ! Je recommande vivement !

Séjour très agréable dans l’ensemble ! Le personnel est super accueillant, chaleureux et sympathique — on s’est tout de suite senties les bienvenues. La piscine est agréable, la musique aussi, et l’ambiance générale est vraiment plaisante. Notre chambre était adéquate et confortable, et nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. Petit bémol cependant : un nid de pigeon était situé juste au-dessus de notre balcon, ce qui a causé une importante accumulation d’excréments, malheureusement poussés à l’intérieur de la chambre par le vent à cause d’une mauvaise isolation des portes. C’était un peu désagréable. Malgré ce détail, l’expérience globale a été positive, et l’accueil du personnel a fait toute la différence. Merci pour ce beau séjour !

Awesome place to stay in Granada! Excellent location - right in the heart of things on Plaza Mayor and right across from the Cathedral. Nice courtyard and pool areas. Great breakfast included. The staff were super helpful. Would highly recommend!
