가격대비 가성비가 훌륭하고 바다 전망도 좋았어요. 조식도 나름 괜찮았습니다. 위치도 좋았어요.

Service was quick at the front desk. Other staff interactions were pleasant except for the valet. Unfortunately while both dropping the car off and picking up had horrible service. We requested our car as notified 15 mins before we ended up being 5 mins late so 20 mins after request got downstairs and still had to wait 10 mins. No assistance was given with our bags. Staff just jumped out the car and tossed the keys to my husband and walked away.

Me and my aunts was there , they had to switch their room due to nothing working in their room , safe didn’t work , iron didn’t work , ac didn’t work . And in my room the AC was stuck on cold and sometimes the hot water would be out . The breakfast was great and the employees was good .

Déjeuner incroyable. Beaux espaces communs. Chambre de belle apparence, mais avec matériel un peu désuet (impossible d’ajuster la température de la climatisation, ventilation de salle de bain qui ne fonctionne pas). Mais aussi la piscine n’était pas accessible, car en rénovation et on nous a avisé une fois le check in fait. Aussi, la machine à glaçon ne fonctionnait pas.

Positives: Excellent location, within the heart of the financial district; 20/25 minutes ride from Tocumen airport and minutes drive away from countless restaurants and attractions; including Casco de Viejo and Multiplaza Mall. The Breakfast period is wide enough to cater for different types of travelers; the breakfast options are also very wide and were based on differing daily themes. The breakfast staff were all very attentive. The hotel also has very nice views of Panama City (I was on the 30th floor) . There are a number of ATMs all around the hotel, as well as other breakfast spots, like Tim Hortons and Manzanos, within walking distance. There is a true 24 hour desk and there is a feeling of safety throughout the stay. Negatives: One of the principal bug bears is the closure of the pool; which is arguably, the pièce de résistance of the hotel. An advisory, which was only found deep within the terms and conditions, stated that the pool would be renovated from 5 August 2025, to 26 August 2025. When I checked in on 26 August 2025; none of the check-in staff could give me any update on when the pool would have been reopened. It was not during opened during my trip and construction noises could be heard every now and again. The property was generally tidy, but the bathroom fixtures could use some updating. The 3 star score was principally because of the loss of the pool and pool deck to ongoing renovations, which were not expressly communicated at booking time

I was upset that they didn’t tell us the pool was under renovation. I loved loved the breakfast

On our booking it was stated the pool renovation would be completed august 26/ 2025 (our Aug stay 28-30) but it looked like it was still mid renovation. So we didn't like that we couldn't use the pool as that was one of the reasons we booked. But this is Panama and it is rare that any project is completed by the specified date so thats my bad. Apart from that the hotel, staff, room, breakfast were all amazing and we really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when we go to the city.

The hotel staff was very professional!

Hotel was located in a convenient and safe area. Breakfast was excellent. Was disappointed that pool was closed and this was not disclosed when we booked the stay.
