Excellent Service Wonderful Staff Very helpfu!

Sol Natura is a wonderful small, friendly, comfortable and clean hotel set beside a beautiful garden ( flowers and birds), surrounding a covered courtyard lobby furnished with comfortable couches and tables amidst tall trees and flowers. The rooms, although small, had all the necessary amenities, and it is pleasant to sit in courtyard or garden if one wants more space for reading or playing board games. The free breakfast buffet is delicious and complete with servers eager to please. There is also a piano in the DR. The staff,including the manager-who is fluent in English-,were exceptionally accommodating. This is a family owned and operated business. They care about their guests.

They did not have my room for first night, so upgrade to a nice room. However there was no hot water or wifi. So went back tooriginally book room next two nights The staff was amazing, helpful friendly Location great Towels were hard

Excelente hotel y muy agradable. El personal tiene un nivel de atención de primera, desayuno muy bueno, inclusive el día que tomamos el tren no nos daba tiempo para el desayuno y nos ofrecieron un boxlunch. También es muy importante considerar que está a unos metros de la estación de tren lo que lo hace una gran opción de alojamiento.

Lovely quiet hotel with a garden and serene views of nearby mountains. We enjoyed our stay. The only advice would be not to buy water from the front desk. They wanted 10 soles for 2 liters of water - it is only 5 soles in a gas station across the street.

Hotel muito bom, vista maravilhosa das montanhas, café da manhã ficou um pouco a desejar, café estava frio e não havia adoçante no momento. No mais, é um hotel novinho, água quente, aquecedor no quarto. Na rua da estação de trem.

Highly highly recommend this amazing hotel. Cannot say enough good things. Beautiful hotel so tastefully designed with such lush greenery inside and outside. Very friendly staff, amazing breakfast spread. It is just minutes away from the town center and the railway station.

Hotel muito acolhedor. O quarto estava organizado e limpo. Perto da estação ferroviaria e de restaurantes. Sentimos falta de uma tv no quarto e os aquecedores não estavam funcionando. Ademais, gostamos do hotel e compreendemos que muitos serviços tanto no hotel, como na cidade, foram comprometidos pela pandemia do COVID19.

Chegamos ao local e não localizaram a nossa reserva. Fomos atendidos por dois funcionários e ninguém resolvia o problema. Após muita demora, nos deram a chave de um quarto que: 1) não estava com limpeza adequada; 2) a água do chuveiro e da pia não esquentava; 3) o sistema de calefação não funcionava; e 4) não havia televisão no quarto. Reclamamos com os funcionários que nada fizeram. Foram ao quarto, viram os problemas e sumiram. Desistimos de esperar por uma solução e fomos dormir. Além disso, o café da manhã era apenas pão, ovo e água quente com café solúvel. Tivemos de ir na cozinha pegar manteiga, pedir talheres etc. Ainda tivemos de compartilhar o pote de manteiga com a mesa do lado. A impressão que tivemos é que o hotel está sem direção e trata os hóspedes com pouco caso. Foi uma péssima experiência e não o recomendamos. We arrived at the site and did not find our reservation. We were attended by two employees and no one solved the problem. After much delay, they gave us the key to a room that: 1) it was not properly cleaned; 2) the water in the shower and the sink didn't get hot; 3) the heating system did not work; and 4) there was no television in the room. We complain to employees who did nothing. They went to the room, saw the problems and disappeared. We gave up waiting for a solution and went to sleep. The impression we have is that the hotel is aimless and treats guests with little regard. It was a bad experience.

Me encantó este hotel. El pueblo es realmente pequeño, y este hotel está justo entre la plaza central y la estación de tren, a muy pocos minutos caminando. Las instalaciones muy bien, pequeño, pero muy agradable, nuestra habitación tenía vista al jardín y montañas. El desayuno muy completo, el personal muy amable. En general todo excelente.

Ótima opção em Ollantaytambo. Localização ótima, fácil de caminhar até a estação de trem, aos restaurantes da praça principal e ao sítio arqueológico. Muito confortável, quarto espaçoso.

Please provide better quality towels. I have never seen that threadbare towel. Please replace used glassware with new ones. Please keep water supply at the lobby at least. There was nothing to drink at the hotel unless I buy it outside. no water, no tea.....

Has what I needed, hot shower, bed, breakfast! Hotel is pretty atrium, outside garden!

とても良いローケーション。街の中心へもオリャンタイタンボ駅へも便利です。周りは静かです。　 とにかく、スッタフがすばらしい。 良い点 部屋も、比較的広く、窓からの景色も素晴らしい、清潔です。浴槽は無いが、シャワーは暖かい。アメニティは値段が安くと外国なので、期待していないため、問題なし。Wi-Fiも普通に作動する。 朝食が素晴らしい。 マチュピチュの旅の間は荷物を預かってくれて、帰りのタクシーも手配してくれました。 不便な点 窓が一層なので、少し寒いです（しかし、オーナーが一晩中つけておいた方が良いとアドバイスをくれたので　問題なかったです） エレベーターはありません。 ペットボトルの水がサービスとありましたが、実際には水差しに入った水でした。気になりましたが、飲んでみたところ　とても美味しかったです。 ありがとうございました。 友人にも勧めたいホテルです。

The room was very sparse, but the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was not good.

Pros: Beautiful property, not to far from the train station or the town (5-10) minutes depending on pace. Friendly staff. Cons: Toiletries a little weak, no hot water for tea, wasn’t thrilled with the water pressure (non adjustable shower head). I would stay there again though no problem.

Sol Natura is a hidden gem! It's not quite walking distance from the train station, especially with luggage but, it's a very short and inexpensive cab ride. Cabs are readily available at the station and from the hotel. The hotel itself was amazing!!!! The room was fantastic, the staff extremely friendly and the landscaping truly remarkable. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and the hotel even allowed us to stow our luggage when we passed through early in the morning on our way to Machu Picchu.
