The front desk team, particularly Ms. Beth, Glen, Edgar went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in and offered invaluable local recommendations, making us feel truly cared for and not just another reservation number. The housekeeping staff, led by the ever-smiling Eric, maintained impeccable cleanliness while always having a friendly word, further contributing to the familial atmosphere. I trade stocks, they post they have internet. Just before usa market opened, there was no internet, took service on multiple levels. No internet snywhere, he also said people have been calling. I told him the problem, i lost close to 80k peso, they gave me back my money less a day, they are responsible for my losses

Stayed 6nights, locationnis very accessible, employees are great.But the room where I stayed need improvement. They should putbstsnding shower instead of bathub that higher than my knees its notnsafe for both children and adults.
Kitchens missing utensil, missing hand towel and facetowels ,no extra toilet paper whic i indeed up asking them.
It's very old carpet, TV need to upgrade
Overall the place need to upgrade .

The staff was excellent, and helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to the Philippines. The location was a prime spot for being in between the makati and malate area, as well as being near the airport. I would visit again.

Property is what you get for the price. I stayed in one of their two bedroom suite which is quite nice. The staff are nice, but the hotel lacks enough amenities. Also, the structure itself is quite old. Need to renovate to entice more
customers.
