Despite its age, the charm of the Amorsolo Mansions lies in its exceptional staff, who treat every guest like family. From the moment of arrival, the warmth and genuine hospitality are through the roof, making the slightly dated decor feel less like a drawback and more like a comforting embrace of history. The front desk team, particularly Ms. Beth, Glen, Edgar went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in and offered invaluable local recommendations, making us feel truly cared for and not just another reservation number. The housekeeping staff, led by the ever-smiling Eric, maintained impeccable cleanliness while always having a friendly word, further contributing to the familial atmosphere. This personalized attention and the sense of belonging fostered by the entire team transformed what could have been a simple stay into a memorable experience, proving that outstanding service can elevate even the most seasoned establishments. Shout out to Dennis, Aying, Arnel, Ruel and to everyone who made our stay pleasant and unforgettable.

The rooms are large - the staff is great - older building but clean and comfortable. Close to malls and little Tokyo.

The staff was excellent, and helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to the Philippines. The location was a prime spot for being in between the makati and malate area, as well as being near the airport. I would visit again.
