기대도 안했는데 생일이라고 서프라이즈 케잌을 들고 방문해주어 너무 감동이었음. 호텔 너무 괜찮고 특히 쇼핑몰이 바로 붙어 있어 편하고, 역대급 헬스장이 정말 맘에 들었음. 뷰도 상당히 괜찮은 방을 제공받아 만족스러웠음

걸어서 이동가능한 거리에 온갖 먹거리와 쇼핑몰이 있어서 최고였습니다. 그런데 쇼핑몰들이 너무 많아서 어디가 어딘지 좀 헤멘 감은 있습니다. 지도라도 있으면 좋을텐데 그런 게 없어서 힘든 부분이 있었네요.

치안을 가장 고려해서 결정. 여성 혼자라도 치안은 걱정 없는 곳이고 대형 쇼핑몰과 연결되있어서 도보로 레스토랑과 쇼핑몰 이용. 조식까지 모두 만족했으나 객실내 에어컨 소음이 커서 사용하지 않은것이 아쉬움.

The first day we stayed, we found out the toilet was not working properly, and the next day after house keeping, it clogged. We didn't understand why they didn't tell us earlier. Definitely, they already knew it while they were doing house keeping. We had to be changed the room into the other one. Perhaps the hotel is a bit old and some rooms have to be renovated. We should have checked all the sink and toilet first. The windows haven't wiped for a long time, and the curtains were very dusty as well. The white thin curtain were almost gray. Breakfast is not included but the room type we stayed - one bedroom apaprtment - there's kitchen in the room and we can cook. The location of this hotel is great! We can get to glorietta, SM and Greenbelt easily walking distence. It was really convenient.

It was great to share the unit. I stayed at two bedrooms and everything was OK. There are a few things I want to mention. First, the check-in/out lane is always long and takes me 15 minutes. Second, I called outside massage service at late night. I have to come down to bring them up because the hotel didn't allow them to go up by themselves, even though I already talked to the front desk.

Great hotel. There is construction around the hotel and it was little challenging to easily find the entrance but I realized that the hotel and the mall are connected (then I saw the entrance.) I was concerned about arriving late, but there was no issue. I felt completely safe. I think I got an upgrade. The 1 bedroom aparthotel was incredible. Too much space, really, for one person. But I was very comfortable. There was construction nearby. I could see it but I couldn't hear it. I had an issue with the drain in the tub, but it was fixed as soon as I called the front desk. The pool and hot tub were great. I would definitely stay again.
