The room is clean and contemporary. We can say that it is also sanitized based on our arrival. The food is very pricey and some of their ingredients were already spoiled. We experienced diarrhea right after. The staff was somewhat accommodating but nothing compared to other hotels where they grant most of your requests. It seems like they are underpaid. An employee that is treated well will treat their guests well. The parking is too narrow for maneuvering. Especially if you brought an SUV. Our car experienced a mechanical issue after parking there. Our suggestion is to don’t bring a car if it’s not a sedan, or else you’ll have a hard time parking. Also, available parking slots for hotel guests are at higher floor levels, making it even more difficult since your vehicle will endure a lot of narrow turning radius. I guess the turning radius was not even considered when the building was planned.

We weren't able to experience the swimming pool, sana man lang may notice before kami magproceed sa reservation na "due to pandemic, hindi available ang swimming pool". Sa ibang hotel kasi available naman. Sana man lang nagbigay ng notice :) We also paid 5k for the damage kuno daw kasi nagstain daw yung red roses sa sahig. Di ko alam kung need ng deep cleaning don, pero Domex lang matatanggal na yun e :) maganda sana yung room, pero yung service sobrang unsatisying :)

my 2nd time to stay here! simply becoming one of my go to hotels whenever I got stuff to do. cheap rates yet doesn’t feel like it. Rooms are always clean and comforting. Really worth it! Would definitely book again!

Service is great. Hotel staff is very helpful. There are some minor problems with the facilities. The first day I checked it, the elevator key card didn't work. There was also one time when they reset the room key card and a guest from the other room is able to open my room using his room's key card. The bathroom ceiling is leaking water. The whole tissue paper roll is wet! Wifi is unstable. I got disconnected often.

How can a hotel have swimming pool and the room is without freezer box? I bought my bottle of water and other drinks before checking in yesterday, but when I enter inside the room, I discovered that there was no freezer box. I was forced to drink my drinks hot.

Pengalaman buruk. Handuk kecil pembersih setelah cuci tangan di wastafel yang merupakan pengganti tissue (karena tidak disediakan) kotor terkena cairan kopi. Dianggap kelalaian tamu. Denda 350 php. Dan lebih parah saya katakan dengan denda sebesar itu saya minta handuk kecil/sapu tangan itu mereka tidak berkenan. Suaga bahan untuk diketahui tamu lain yang akan memilih properti ini dan menjadi pertimbangan 😠👎👎👎

방이 너무 넓고 편안하며 깔끔하고 깨끗해요. 다음 여행에도 다시 묵고 싶어요.

Walang kwenta, nagka stain ng very light yung comforter siningil ako ng 1,500 parang binili ko na yung namantsahan. Ang swimming pool kada lublob mo may bayad na 200 hindi sya included sa pag check-in mo hindi pa 24hrs ang validity ng swimming pool pass at walang konsiderasyon para sa mga bata lahat may bayad

The room was great; however, the elevator isn’t working well. Also, there was a problem with our reservation. We were glad customer service is always as helpful and as efficient as they have always been based on my experience.

I forgot my watch then I called their receptionist, but a call center agent answered my phone. After almost an hour, call center called me back and said that the hotel didn't find my watch at my room. So I decided to ride back to hotel and poof! I just found it instantly 😪

Accessible to robinsons, cozy and so clean. Will recommend to my friends🥰
