객실이 넚고 아침 식사가 맛있었습니다.

생각보다 룸이 작았다. 옆R**D 호털보다 많이 작다. 비싼호텔많큼 경비가 좋으나 때로는 번거롭기도 하다. 수영장에서 놀기는 좋았다. 다좋으나 가격대비 룸이작다는게 옥에 티이다.

체크인 테스크 직원들은 불친절하다. 그외 직원들은 친절하편 5층 5024호는 하수구 냄새가 너무 심하고 환기 장치도 잘 안되는것 같다. 그외 부대시설은 만족하지만 5성급 호텔에 수준에 서비스는 아닌것 같다

A wonderful stay. I really enjoyed it.

Had a great stay here and every staff member I came across was so kind & helpful. The room was clean, modern and the gym, pool & sauna were well maintained. The staff was very good at making sure all your needs are met. Came in on a Saturday to try the dim-sum buffet and it did not disappoint. Thank you, Jayson for your hospitality! Highly recommend this Marriott if you’re in Iloilo City. Aside from the hotel itself, the surrounding area is great if you like to run, bike or walk as there is lots of open space.

The rooms and overall hotel appearance was excellent. The pool was not cleaned the first day.

Great helpful staff, nice clean rooms. We had a loud squeak in our bathroom door but other than that it was a pleasant stay

Cleanliness, helpfulness & good amenities

Dislike: The female agent at check in was not knowledgeable enough and lack of customer service. I was asking about the discount coupon to apply for the restaurant charge but she doesn’t know anything. She just told me to ask the restaurant. She did call the restaurant at the end and said it’s a black out date. The electrical socket in room wasn’t working. No valet parking. Like: The female agent the name starts with Z, Zoullete I am not sure but shes great. The hotel was accessible to the restaurants and shopping area.

Room amenities are excellent. Bar area is comfortable, but a bit warm sometimes. Buffet floor area, where the food stations are located, was surprisingly not clean. It was actually slippery and felt greasy. There is Pastries variety is a joke. The Beef was Chewy and tough in beef tapa. Omelette eggs looks like it was from a packaged source as opposed to fresh eggs.

The electric sockets is not working.

Like: Clean room and new modern design. The bed is very comfy. Zhoulette is very helpful and allowed to stay the same room. Great customer service. Dislike: no valet parking. Electric sockets in the room is not working. The girl who checks me in lock of customer service, and need training. I went to ask her about the coupon given to us she doesn’t know and told me to ask the restaurant. She did call the restaurant but you can see from her face she’s irritated.

Great stay plenty of water and very accessible to the mall. I only wish the bath towels are newer. But definitely great stay and experience.

The hotel rooms were clean, well put together. The junior suite was spacious and made our stay so comfortable. Breakfast has a lot of good choices. Staff has excellent customer service, always helpful and accommodating. It was our first time in this hotel and we were impressed by the accommodations. One thing that I did not like though is that there are real estate agents hovering in the lobby selling condos / properties within the area. I’m surprised that the hotel allows them to get in, stay in the lobby, for that purpose. Guests waiting in the lobby for their ride gets approached by this persistent agents. They don’t even have a designated area. They just seemed like guests hanging out in a the lobby till they approach you and hand their business card. It feels intruding and not safe. I have been staying in some hotels in Iloilo and haven’t encountered something like this.

Hotel staff was very courteous and nice. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and affordability. Walking distance to sunset boulevard and festive mall.
