바에 음료와 주류는 잘 구비되어 있으나 유료입니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하며 능동적으로 활동하고 있었습니다. 아침식사는 메뉴에서 선택을하면 요리되어 접시에 나왔으며, 간단한 뷔페도 준비되어 있었습니다.

Staff was super friendly and location on the beach was superb!

1. Defekter Wasserkocher 2. Leere Batterien in Safe&Klimaanlage 3. Defekte Handbrause 4. Toilettenspülung defekt 5. Vergessene Zimmereinigung 6. Der Strand vor dem Resort war in einem schlechten&verschmutzten Zustand. Zudem wurde gebettelt. 7. Ameisen im Pool-/Beach-Bereich 8. Mangel an grundlegenden Getränken, wie Coke Zero oder Osaft für Cocktails 9. Tiere im Zimmer – ameisenähnliche Tiere 10. Unvollständiges Frühstücksbuffet – einige Speisen, die laut Karte verfügbar sein sollten, fehlten. 11. Lange Wartezeit für Milch – Milch wurde nicht mal nach über 45 Minuten, trotz erneuter Nachfrage, nachgefüllt, da sie „erst geholt“ werden musste. 12. Unzureichendes Nachfüllen nach 8 Uhr morgens – Ab 8 Uhr musste das Personal kontinuierlich erinnert werden 13. Nicht koordinierter Service – Essen und Getränke kamen nie gleichzeitig; einfache Bestellungen wie drei Cokes und ein Eiskaffee wurden mehrfach vergessen, einer musste immer allein essen 14. Irreführendes „großes Frühstück“ laut Expedia – Statt eines umfangreichen Buffets konnte lediglich ein einziges Gericht von der Karte gewählt werden; ansonsten hätte man bezahlen müssen, Wurst, Käse oder Joghurt gab es nicht. Nur Weißbrot, Kellogs, Reisbrei, Marmelade und Butter. 15. Unregelmäßige Handtuchausstattung – Erst ab dem dritten Tag erhielten wir ein kleines Handtuch; Anzahl und Austausch variierten täglich 16. Keine Seife im Zimmer 17. schlechtes WLAN, Stromausfälle 18. Tiere laufen um Essbereich rum

Close to beach, but the beach isn’t great. Pool was excellent and area was clean and well maintained. Rooms were clean and nice and free breakfast is always a plus. No real complaints except the front staff weren’t real friendly and the beach is separate from the main town and not so clean.

Fine bungalower, med fine bad og godt renhold. Fin beliggenhet i rolige omgivelser. Koselig med bar og det lille barbassenget på stranden! Restauranter og vaskeri i nærområdet.

The hotel pretty , the crews were excellent. Our room is pretty roomy the problem is there’s barely running water to take a shower and flush the toilet. I asked the desk to fix it. How can 3 people stay in 1 room with no flush and water in the shower? I told the service desk but t

Magical mini resort! Short walk to the beach. On site restaurant and bar plus lots of options nearby. 7 min tuk-tuk ride from the city center

Very helpful staff

Great location on the beach. Beautiful sunset views. Breakfast was included and very tasty. The grounds were well kept and staff very friendly. Easy to get tricycle transportation and very inexpensive. The secondary pool by the beach bar was usually not used and great to soak in after a long day

Excellent stay! Beautiful rooms and a great location. The beach bar is the perfect place to watch the sunset! Lots of other restaurants near by. The hotel staff are all very friendly and looked after us very well. Thank you! Overall very good value for money and we would love to come back one day.

Very pleasant stay! They have a small space but make very good use of it, it never felt crammed. Two small pool areas, a quite good restaurant, and a beach bar. Beach access which is very nice - the beach is not the absolute best in El Nido, but it's nice that the hotel is not closed in like many others. Bring bugspray because there are lots of mosquitos! Also lots of really small ants that are harmless but a bit annoying. A carpet in the entryway of the room would have been good to help with not pulling in sand.

situé derrière une petite plage et au calme. A 20 bonne minutes a pied du centre d' el nido ville. Restaurant sympa, les " bungalows plage" étaient en revanche un peu trop les uns sur les autres
