My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. The resort itself is located in a very convenient location to all the restaurants while not being immediately in the town center. We enjoyed the massages at their spa and the staff were very helpful in arranging our tours and transportation. The rooms were cozy and comfortable and ours even included a small personal pool or jacuzzi. We would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. The staff couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. Two pools to choose from as well as bar on the beach and breakfast by the pool at the restaurant. Value for money is unbeatable. We loved it

Absolutely loved staying here for our honeymoon! Rooms were cute and clean. All the staff were great and so kind and helped us out whenever we needed it. Restaurant had the best food!

Check on was extremely slow considering we were the only ones and came a day late.
Our room was not ready even though we paid for the night before.
The bungalow was well kept and clean
The breakfast was good.
We did eat at the restaurant but better food else where.
I booked a tour and was given the wrong one the receptionist told me it was my fault that I had signed for it.
Which was untrue I never signed for it.
Other than that my stay was perfect

There were both positives and negatives to our stay. On the plus side, the room was clean, quiet, and fairly spacious. The main pool by reception was lovely, and the resort's garden landscape was well-maintained and beautiful.
However, the service at the restaurant was disappointing. While breakfast was included, the staff was not welcoming, and we often felt like a burden—especially with Mark, who was quite rude. The food was average, and we always had to ask for watermelon and juice as no one went the extra mile. Additionally, the mattress in the room was uncomfortable, with noticeable springs—it could definitely use a mattress topper.

Hintalaatusuhde ei ollut hyvä. Palvelu oli huonoa ja uima-allas ei ollut edes käytössä. Huoneessa oli huono nukkua, koska huone oli yleisellä kadulla ja siellä kiekui kukko koko yön 5min välein.

Staff was great, friendly, courteous and helpful in guiding on daily activities.. Food at the resort was convenient and good, if you don’t want to travel far for food. We had breakfast there every morning and left on time for our island tours. Many motor tricycles just outside the resort.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Pool ist auch toll. Klima im Zimmer hört man nicht. Perfekt
Ihr könnt Euch mit einem Tricycle zum Flughafen el nido bringen lassen. Macht riesen gaudi und ist günstig. Koffer werden an das Dreirad geschnallt und los gehts.
Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub.
Einzig die nicht vorhandene Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und im Schlafzimmer haben echt genervt. Einfach Regale an die Wand und gut is.
Im Umfeld findet ihr fantastische Strandbars. Wir haben alle durchprobiert und es schmeckte hervorragend.

It started off well with towels set up as swans. 2 towels, 2 hand towels, 1 foot towel. We had a toothbrush for 2 nights. The third night no foot towel, 4th night one hand towel and no foot towel. The towels said it all for me. No tooth brushes after second night and they threw the ones they gave us out. If you start something, it should be continued or don't do it at all. We asked 4 times for extra pillows. People we were travelling with paid on line which included a free massage which they refused to fullfill after asking 3 tomes. False advertising.

Great location with the beach just outside. Many good restaurants close by. Good ac in the room. Many options for breakfast. Nice little beach bar. Easy to book boat trips, scooter rental etc. from the reception. Nice massage service. Beautiful common areas!

The hotel is more like a hostel style private room. A very uncomfortable mattress on the floor and tiny bathroom. The AC is super loud. WiFi barely works in the room. There’s an infinity pool on the beach front but it’s only 10ft x 3ft. The beach is not swimmable a lot of rocks and boats. Airport transfer cost 1000ps each way, far from the town and limited options to eat close by. You need to take a tuk tuk to commute everyday to the city to do anything.

Stayed here for 3 days this December '23 and loved the hospitality of the staff. They definitely went the extra mile to keep our family of three happy! During our stay, we had relaxing massages, a home cooked meal from the local market and lounged around the cozy pool and bar areas without thinking about the time! I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a safe, friendly and relaxing environment, mere footsteps from the beach in El Nido! I can't wait to see you again El Nido Coco!
